I had a moment of weakness and thought to give my local Pizza Hut another chance. BIG mistake. I called and ordered deep dish only because they said they had it. Either they were just kidding or don’t know what it is. Either way, my $20+ pizza was undercooked, doughy, and just plain awful. Save your money and get your pizza somewhere else.
Called in an order to pick up, told me it would be ready in 15 min. Got down there and they told me they had no record of the order and told me I was at wrong location. Got in my car in their parking lot called in again, verified the location and asked them to check for my order. Hung up after 20 minutes on hold. 5 stars for incompetence.

We placed an online order for pickup. 2 hours later- Our food was still not ready. Manager couldn’t get into the computer, so he shorted us $3 on a refund.

Ensure the correct order and provide excellent customer service. Answer the phone and deliver curbside as promised.
Sadly my little loves Pizza Hut and since the north mount Juliet location closed we have been forced to use pick up from south mount juliet road. The service is horrible and the pizza is not the Pizza Hut we are used too. Just ordered tonight and the pizza and wings were never delivered curbside plus no one answered when calling. I had waited 15 mins and took my baby out of the car to go inside was informed the wings were not yet done it would be another min. Once completed I was informed that they were out of boneless wings hope that’s okay as I was waking out. No one called to say they were out of boneless wings so they just replaced with traditional, which we don’t even eat. Just sad zero customer service and no quality :(
This dump should win the award for worst pizza in Wilson County - their pizza looks it was made by a blind person. Can you spell R-E-F-U-N-D?
I ordered 4 sides of ranch and 1 marinara. I received 0 ranch and 4 marinara. Ordered garlic butter herbs on crust and the crust was plain. Simply verify an order before sending it out.
Don’t waste your money! Absolutely terrible!!!???
