Had to make our order 3 times.First Delivery 1 1/2 hours with the Wong order. Remade then did not come because not delivery driver. Went to the store pizza was cold then had to remake the pizza for the 3rd time. The service recovery that was told to us did not come to true.

Placed an order for delivery and the estimated time was about 2 hours. Pizza arrived a little early but was cold and was missing items. Driver was nice but failed to look at the tags on the box and verify he had all items. Driver returned to the store to get my order re-made. Don’t waste your money on this location as they clearly don’t care about their service.
Papa Johns accepts orders they cannot deliver!! I placed an order an hour and a half ago and still don’t have it. The store manager says they don’t have a driver and they’re busy…. She did not even call to tell me anything about my order and I have 3 grandsons under the age of 11 that are very hungry and upset that they don’t dinner yet! I won’t be ordering from here again and will place a complaint with corporate.
After writing a horrendous review almost exactly a year ago, today I can say it was the Papa John's I love, when they get it right, it truly is the best pizza around, fantastic job folks
Ordered the NY crust pizza and they gave us regular crust. Called them and spoke to the “General Manager” who said we can reorder a new pizza and pay for both. No refund. Why would I do that when they messed up? If you try to call corporate they tell you to contact the store. The store manager is a joke. Anyways, Dominos down the road is good and has awesome customer service. :)
I am not leaving a review because of one bad experience. I am leaving a review because every experience with this location is a bad one. They need to just shut down until they can get enough decent staff to run the restaurant properly.
Ordered a pizza a stuffed crust to be exact I was literally down the street. My wait time was approximately 14-20 minutes my order was fast and correct. Not sure why this place has such low stars, but it’s a hell of a lot better than the one In Lebanon.
Absolutely god awful. I have COVID so I ordered an online order for car side pickup. Told me to show up at 615. I showed up at 615. At 620, I called and inquired and I was told it would be 15 more minutes. Here it is 7pm and I still don’t have my food. I had to go inside, with COVID, because they would no longer answer their phones.
on 10/1, called ahead and ordered carryout. simple order, 1 cheese and 1 pepperoni epic stuffed crust. was quoted 20 to 25 mins. gave them 30 mins before showing up. after paying full price , even though I was offered a special on the phone, was told it would be another 20 mins. after waiting almost another 30 mins of watching employees on their phones, etc, finally got the order. got home and had to cut the pizza before eating because they didn't finish it properly. I understand it was Friday, but this was very poor service. very unclean. employees not wearing hats and the ones who were , were not professional looking. very disappointed Will not be back.
