Their food is definitely not like what is advertised on tv. The papadillas were almost inedible because they were so crunchy and the NY style pizza was far from NY style. It was just normal pizza, still ok but not what it looked like on the ads
I’ve ordered from this location a few times since they opened and EVERY SINGLE TIME they do amazing. Most recently they accidentally forgot one part of my delivery. I called just expecting a refund for it but the manager brought it to me. Accidents happen but the way they react to them speaks volumes. In addition to stellar customer service their food is always good. In this area a lot of people, shopping & restaurants pop up. This seems to have caused customer service to drastically decline, I’ve stopped going to a lot of restaurants over it, but that’s the opposite for this Papa Johns. They are amazing and I’m very thankful for that and the manager who went out of his way today.
Called to order they said they woul appky coupons. But denied when i got there. Horrible didnt take coupons!
Didn't cut my pizza,A pizza in Mt.Washington Ky isn't 26.0 either.I guess inflation has doubled in Tennessee ?
I've had pizza multiple times here with no issues. The place is clean inside and the people are very nice!

The manager is slow and mean the only person with a brain at the location is Joseph the worker he works hard and made the best pizza. The place is clean but small. The workers don’t wear gloves when they make your pizza so all there skin cells and nail dirt get on the pizza. Although this may anger many the skin cells just end up being cooked in the oven. The only complaint I have what’s the point into going to papajohns when I can just go to the Starbucks rights next to it for the same price and a better experience.
