good food high price. please check your order. they left the bread out of two soup orders tonight. where is quality control.
I support our local shops..I know covid has really done a number on business and places are short staffed.The dining area and bathrooms I've noticed have been really dirty. The table we sat at had garbage all around it and through the area. It had me wondering how the kitchen area looked and I just lost my appitite. I hope things get better ?
Staff was friendly, Angela, the cashier, was very helpful and let me get soup at 10 am (I'm weird I know). Sandwich was delicious and bread was soft. This one was a lot better than a lot of other Panera breads I have been to.
Devastated. Pretty much describes how I felt to find out Panera took the Potato Soup off the menu a couple of months ago…. Since their delicious Baked Potato soup in a bread bowl is what I ordered 90% off the time I ate here (the other 10% being a bagel at bfast! :)), I won’t be back anytime soon for lunch or dinner! Might grab a bagel at some point…unless they take those off the menu also! So Panera, if you’re listening, BIG MISTAKE (taking my soup). HUGE!
Worst service ever. I ordered curbside because I had my baby and didn’t want to get her out of the car. The women doing curbside saw me sitting there as she brought other people their orders. After about 15 minutes, I went inside and asked if there was a problem with my order and she said something along the lines of yeah I saw you out there but it never popped up on my screen. BS! I wish I could undo my tip
Everything is good except that only 4 curbside pickup lots and that full with people getting and eating food in car only making other behind them to park elsewhere and get down for crubside pickup or go inside.
No matter how much you love Panera SKIP IT. Definitely DO NOT TIP CURBSIDE AHEAD OF TIME. Absolute worst curbside service, tipped 25% ahead forgot my wife’s drink and said oh I’m sorry , I’ll be right back with your drink. Went in and brought out 3 other orders. My wife finally went in and the clerk hands her a cup and says sorry about that? Tipped her like $15 to have her treat my wife like that.
We placed our order through the app. It was easy to navigate and we were able to customize our food with ease. The order was ready for pickup in an astonishingly short amount of time. And (as always) the food was excellent!
I ordered bagels for my kids. I prefer this panera over the other locations in the area!
Panera bread has always been a go to for comfort food for my family. Especially when you don't have alot of time. Excellent service and great food!
