I ordered the teriyaki chicken with mixed veggies. No wait when I arrived to the drive thru window. This time, the worker bee gave me extra napkins, my fork and two packs of the sauce without me asking. Y’all this guy understands the customer needs!!!
I don’t write a lot of reviews but after the last six disappointing visits to this restaurant Ive had enough. The place is clean but it’s run by a bunch of 20 somethings who apparently had zero training, zero customer relations education, and no time management skills. They don’t smile or greet you and are not friendly. If it was only one time or once in a while or even two times that we’ve stood in line facing empty entree bowls and nothing is said or acknowledged about the obvious lack of availability. The drive through trumps a live person standing in front of them. I started the stop clock on todays visit, we were third in line with already empty entree offerings, it took 12 minutes for the first person in front of us to be served. At 18 minutes it was our turn- still empty entree bowls. When we requested the (up charged) empty items we were told it would be another six minutes. At ten minutes we walked out. We had a half hour for our lunch break. We got to spend it standing in line with unfriendly, untrained, uncaring kids who can’t figure out the timing or customer skills. They’re pre packaged bags of food. Not sure where the manager is or how this is a consistent problem, but fortunately there’s plenty of other places to eat and now I know this is the way this place is all the time. Drive through people are served first rather than in store people, if they even have anything ready.
Not sure what they served us to be quite honest. The black Angus steak had no vegetables and had an odd taste. The sesame chicken didn't even have a taste I'm not quite sure what it was. We had two pieces of broccoli and three yellow peppers. The rice apparently had been sitting all day cuz it was all clumped together and dried out. The egg roll was disgusting and the crab rangoons were disgusting! Never again will I spend $20 to eat this unidentified food!
I mean, I knew I was ordering from a big chain so my expectations weren’t high but jeez. The “small” sides are so small my can of soda water is twice the size. And idk what is happening with the chow mein and fried rice but they’re completely flavorless and gross. No soy sauce or salt or anything. But, + 1 point for their honesty though in just straight up offering “cream cheese rangoon.” Probably some corporate legal nonsense so they don’t get sued for offering crab rangoon when there isn’t any crab in it, but whatevs. I appreciate the transparency.
Fast, polite service. The only negative was we gave them a BOGO coupon and they would not honor it. It wasn't expired. They said that meant a dollar off or something like that. Probably not going back.
Used to be great. Now, they are out of a lot of options the last few times I've gone there. Last time I went...we didn't even order...just left.
Food was good and fast service. No one in restaurant! Prices good. Trash needed to be expired but only a few employees were there. Young man was coming to empty it when we left.
Only reason I eat it is because I get it free. It almost isn't even worth free. Terrible customer service. Never had fresh and hot food from this location ever. Terrible attitudes, employees avoid you, and no drink carriers either.
If you want white rice, don't bother coming here. This location never has it and tells you it will be a 45 min wait.
Very very bad Experience last night with Bulk order (2 family pack). End up dumping both rice and chowmein in the trash both Undercooked and non consumable. This has happened second time for me in last 2 months. Hope this review reaches the manager and make sure kids who cook understand what they are doing pls train them properly. If i can't trust the rice how am I going to trust ur meat cooking practice. Immediate attention is required. I will try one more time if it's the same, iam not returning to your store.
