When i ask you to correct my order PLEASE DONT ROLL YOUR EYES AT ME YOUNG MAN !!!! EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I would normally not post on a public forum but the store wouldn’t pick up their phone....when i ask you to not to put so much cream in the ice coffee like i ordered. Dont be a smart......and hand it back to me black ice coffee with a smirk!!! Not cool...... Im sure this will go nowhere corporate will never see....
Showed up tonight 15 min before close just to sit at the drive thru for 5 min waiting for someone to answer the mic.After requesting service multiple times with no reply, I finally asked an employee smoking a cig by the door, he replied we have no help. He watched us try to order with no response for minutes without offering any information implying we were wasting our time. 5/14/22 10:45pmTerrible customer service. Smoked his cigarette and acted as if we were unwelcome. Will never go back to this location.
The food was good but how can they mess up an Iced Caramel Macchiato? Also just two butters for 3 big breakfasts? Also no Dine In, don't let Google lie to you
This was my worst Mc D's experience ever, in 50 years. I asked for 2 double cheese burgers, 1 with mayo......both had mayo, not 1. Both had over toasted buns that were dry, the hamburger patties were the same. The coffee was burnt and I got a mouth full of grounds at the end of the cup. As for the dining room, more than half of the tables were dirty, several had food wrappers and garbage on them. If I could rate it as NONE, I would have!
What like 10 people working, only me inside, a slow stream of outside customers and it takes 5 minutes to takr my order and about 10 to give only a bacon mcdouble with no onions, and it still had onions.
Spent 30 minutes in the drive through, then I get to the window and they tell me another 20 minutes! If you only have 3 people running the place, just shut it down!

This is a typical McDonald's. The breakfast is the same as you get at any other McDonald's. The latte has a pretty good taste, compared to other McDonald's. However, I always have to ask for a stirring stick when I ask for sugar. They have got my order wrong a few times and once I was given a smaller coffee and the lady insisted it was a large. On other occasions, I get a large cup, with what looks like a small size coffee inside. I only go here when there is nobody else open.
Gone way down in service, sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes at the speaker waiting. Other cars came and went while waiting. Finally gave up and left. There used to be a nice lady there that ran everything smoothly.
