Visited this location today and Marks is the gentleman running front counter. He was awesome. He got my order correct, made small conversation and was very kind. He is a hard worker and part of a great team. He went above and beyond today to be a great customer service employee. I have worked in management for McDonald's for many years and in my experience, if an employee is that ready and already has the personality to lead he should be promoted. Thanks for the great experience my family and I had. Hope all the best for you Marks!
If you've been to one McDonald's, you've been to all of them. It's the food you would expect with OK to poor service. I believe they are short of help, so sometimes when you arrive they have locked the doors and are only running drive-thru.As you would expect, the ice cream machine is broken nearly all the time. It wouldn't be McDonald's if it wasn't.
Had to go in to pick up my order from app. Staff was nice and fast.
Worst service and management of any resturant ever been to. Will NEVER go to that McDonald's again, proof that franchise has failed Not only messed up order but could not follow simple request General Manager was the worst of all
DO NOT expect your 2-item order to be correct at this location. Staff cannot seem to put together a correct order. Go somewhere else.
Short staffed (3 employees) and drive-thru took about 20 mins with 4 customers in queue. Crew did a great job communicating and keeping things moving.
Great for a nostalgic trip back to 1982 when this menu was conceived. Of course it would be better if the food didn't taste like it was cooked back then too.
This is a typical McDonald's. The breakfast is the same as you get at any other McDonald's. I do always have to ask for a stirring stick when I ask for sugar. They have got my order wrong a couple of times. On occasions, I seem to get less coffee in my "large" coffee cup than i normally get. Sometimes the sausage has hard bits in it, like bits of bone. I only go here on rare occasions.
People need to learn English. It was hard to understand them . But at least they work
The guy serving was absolutely great, but the burger and fries that came were awful. It was both cold and tasted very bad.
