God love 'em. What can I say. Coming from the Chicagoland area we are used to going to a 'fast food restaurant' for 'fast food'. Now we live outside Nashville and am finding the WHOLE 'fast food' industry anything but! On this particular trip, I pulled in to the drive-thru, placed my order - twice!!! because they could not get it right the 1st time - and drove around to the one and only window operating at that time. FYI - there was no one ahead of me.as there anyone behind me this entire time. I waited 3-4 minutes for the cashier to come back to the window and collect my $$, repeating the order as a confirmation. However, the order that she repeated back to me was incorrect. They had to correct the order in system and correct the $$ charges (I owed $0.50 +/-). Now I waited a good 6-7 minutes for my food (remember - no one in front of me, no one in back - this was approx 10-10:15 am - well outside and 'rush' period). I get my order, verbally confirming the contents of the bag, and I leave. I decided, however, to pull over in the parking lot and double, no - triple check my order. I had ordered the 2 cheeseburger meal w/med fry and x-lg ice tea - no sugar, no lemon. They gave me 2 COLD cheeseburgers, with congealed cheese slices on them - plain - on a bun - no catsup, no pickle, no nothing! 1 med sweet tea w/lemon and an x-lg fry. No napkins, no condiments (nor did they ask if I wanted/needed them). I turned around to go back thru the drive-thru to exchange (I am going thru hip replacement surgery and cannot get in and out of the car easily, nor had I brought my walker along (for obvious reasons) so this is why I did not/could not walk into the store for the exchange). Now I have to battle them out at the window. The trip to Micky-D's (approx 4 min from my house) took almost 40 minutes. I'm not going to get into the attitude received by 'manager' at the window.
Would love to give a rave review but instead went for a simple door dash pick up, got yelled at, and told “I’m going to say this one more time, please tell WHOEVER you work for that we DO NOT do DOOR DASH!!” I hope this gentleman gets his life together and has a better day because that is not the way to treat clients and his customer service is awful. I will not be back for any business at this location.
Drive thru hard for trucks. Service was good. Food on par with McDonald's.
Line moved fast and my order was correct. Drive thru person was very curtious
Probably the most fire McDonald’s I’ve ever had. My McDouble literally melted in my mouth. The nuggets were absolutely fantastic. Also the speaker was not working so we had to order at the window and the workers were phenomenal. Will be coming back to eat there again, even though I live a hour away.
The staff was not friendly and hard to understand. The food was fine though.
Worst location ever and everything I buy from this location tastes bad and not fresh , never recommended and I will never go to this store again .
Service was very good, not much to say about quality of the food. Not much there and just very bland.
Bought a happy meal with apple slices and small fry. They stuck a burger in the box and closed it up and sent it out. I have worked for mcdonald's before. Even in the busiest rush, which this was not, this level.of incompetence is unacceptable. Tried multiple times to call store directly to address but that only directs me to an already full voicemail box
I recently ordered a 2 cheeseburger meal, 3 mac chicken sandwiches, a six piece nuggets and I got 3 macchicken sandwiches, a fish combo and a six piece nuggets for the great price of $50.83.I guess I was charged for 3 orders as my debit card was charged $22.65, $12.00 and $16.18. I did not get a receipt. N Mt Juliet location, 37122.
