All of the staff are like family to us!! They treat our family like family when we come, which is quite often! Some of the people may complain about the food however, we come for the service. I have never ate anything I hated and they ALWAYS insist on giving something else if your not happy with an order!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Good food and good service ?
Sat there for over an hour yesterday and only got waters and queso… given several excuses as to why our orders were not out yet and close to an hour and a half after sitting down… decided to cut our losses and leave. The staff couldn’t have cared less! It’s been going downhill for quite awhile but we’ve given them many chances as we’ve been eating there for years but that was the last time! Not going back again!
Terrible experiences, we were regulars of this place and the quality of the food and service went down. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. When they bring your food to you it's cold then instead of recooking it they just throw your cold food onto a hot skillet and give you your cold food back. Then when you tell the server about it SHE admits to doing this same exact thing then takes it back to the back and said that she'll get it recooked. But then after about 5 mins she comes out with the SAME food from before and it was all burnt and you could smell how burnt all the food was. Then when you inform the manager they have 50 excuses to give you other then just fixing the problem at hand. I left this restaurant to get tacobell, because at least I'll have hot non burnt food. Never going back to this restaurant ever again and I wouldn't recommend you to take your family there too.
Busy Saturday night but the staff was on point and the food was hot and fresh. Only waited about 10 of the 20 minutes they quoted us to wait for a table. Margaritas were salty and delicious.
My family and I have been eating at Margarita House for many years, and continue to return to this location for family dining and Mexican food. I have tried many of their menu items, and all have been delicious with more than enough food to fill you up. Like many restaurants as of recent, the cost has gone up, and margarita house may not be the cheapest Mexican restaurant. However, I feel the price in relation to the portions, and taste is reasonable. Typically, there are daily specials, and like most Mexican restaurants, there is a happy hour on margaritas. As noted previously, my family and I will continue to eat at Margarita House, as do many of our friends.
The service was super slow. I've went twice in 2 week. I went back the sec time to see if my experience was different. Both times I ordered the same thing 3 tacos rice and bean wait 20 plus mins every time. The food is good but the service is subpar
Food was good. Typically American Mexican for gringos. Desserts were very good. Unfortunately service was terribly slow and not because it was busy. I understand restaurants are stressed and labor poor.
Great food, really good Margaritas, and good service, even on a busy Saturday night at 7pm. Stumbled on this little jewel, on our Granddaughters birthday when she said she wanted Mexican food. We will be Back!
The best Mexican cuisine one can find is in this. We eat here or takeout at least once a week. Their classic margarita, hot & spicy rice, grilled chicken, fried jalapeños are our favorite! Must try!
