Sometimes, the wait is long. But they know how to cook steak and ribs! That's why I still keep coming back. I sometimes leave when there's a long wait, but I do enjoy the food when I'm able to get a seat quickly and when service is quick. Hit or miss with waiting time. Crispy brussel sprouts are really good too! Great overall if you don't mind waiting.
I've been to this one numerous times and have always been happy with the service and food. I recommend the cheesy garlic mushroom app, their house salads are good, grilled asparagus, crispy Brussel sprouts, and Flo's Filet. I'd give them a 5, but I gotta leave some ceiling room! ?
The food was delicious but the service was unfortunately, mediocre. The server was polite and very friendly but not very attentive. We had a small accident and after waiting for her to check on us, I had to go into the kitchen to find some help. I honestly believe not all the blame should rest on the server but the manager, also. The servers are required to do jobs bus boys use to do so now they have less time for good customer service.
One of my favorite lunch spots in Mount Juliet! I love the French onion soup and I do the lunch special with the prime rib sandwich. It's a great combination. They can get a little busy in the evenings but well worth the wait. This location does a great job. Have always had good service here!
This one is in Lebanon tn, glad to see the food can be as good from place to place. Great steak, service was attentive and friendly. Prices range low to high so everyone can find something. I'd say $15 to $35 can get something good.
It was really good! My girlfriend loved her NY strip and I loved my Ribeye! It's a little more pricey than Texas Roadhouse but the quality is significantly better!

The appetizer was great. The steak was so so. I ordered a ribeye, but I got a sirloin instead. When I mentioned it to the server they argued with me. Theyre usually good but things change.
I think all service industry and retail are suffering right now. Our server was stretched thin with added tables. The food was hot but for whatever reason, the “on the side” requests did not happen. Salad was swimming in ranch?My steak was closer to well+ than medium well. Wife’s grilled chicken was awesome though. Restroom was clean and parking is fantastic.
We had a party of 12 plus a baby. Be expected to wait an hour regardless with little area to wait for your table. We all opted to stay in the car until they called us. We got there early and called. When they called tobstay our table was ready, Then when we went in they told us 15-20 more minutes....which made no sense we would have stayed outside for 12 and a baby to stand in the tiny waiting area. It was my moms birthday, they brought her a Sunday amd WE sang happy birthday since i guess they dont anymore. Which may be just a thing everyone doesnt do these days. Our waiter was kind, patient and very good at her job. We had about 4 checks between everyone. We tipped 12 bucks plus what everyone else did. She did a great job and my family isnt the easiest to impress. Wish I got the waitresses name, she got everything right ,refills offered multiple times. Appetizers were hot and crunchy and perfect. We are vegetarian so not much for us to eat but mushrooms, fried onion and a baked potatoe filled me and hubby up . We may actually come back for that. Great job! I know with staffing issues the waits are longer but they need help communicating to waiting parties. Like maybe a beeper that lights up? Or a text message system to cut down on angry waiting hungry people. Thanks for making my moms birthday amazing ?
