There was someone in the back of the store who thought it was funny to make Vomiting sounds at the top of their voice the whole time I waited for my food. Everyone waiting for their food just cringed every time it happened and left annoyed that they paid for their food ahead of Time instead of being able to just leave and go somewhere with an adult on staff.
Pizza is decent but this place is chaos.Waited an extra 30 minutes to get my already paid for pizza.Otherwise I would have left.Literally Stacks of cooked pizzas in the boxes, none going into the cabinet.It was comical watching them lift pizzas as they looked for the missing ones for an order.
I highly recommend this place if you're bored and wanting to hang out somewhere just to get out of the house. I called in my order over 40 minutes ago. We ordered a cheese pizza and a deep dish cheese pizza. Simple right? "Hot n Ready"? The only thing that's hot is me - hot and bothered (but not in a fun way). Anyways, I walked into the store around 6:10pm CST and asked for my pizza. He said 5-6 minutes. I walked in at 6:30pm - common core does not work because it's exceeded both the 10 min promised on the phone and the 6-7 min promised on the store. It still isn't ready. As a matter of fact - he said they hadn't even started a cheese pizza to the nice gentleman behind me who ordered while I stood there trying to understand why a hot n ready $6 cheese pizza wasn't ready in over 40 minutes. He's thinking of opening another one next door. I am in! At 6:36pm I walked out and over to the Mexican restaurant - otherwise I may not eat tonight and neither will my kids. Honestly I am tired after work and I typically cook BUT it's Tuesday night - surely no one else is lined up at this place right!? WRONG. The waiting area and parking lot are both full of disgruntled hangry people that can't grab a cheese pizza or a night off after work to crash early. Btw - in the time its taken me to be a Karen - my Mexican food is out. Yay!! We very well get to eat and got to bed early tonight. FYI - my pizza still needs another 5-6 min. What kinda cheese is it?? And as a final word - the very large kid in the back is picking his nose then kneading the dough - so if your pizza is salty - thank him!

My roommate noted a scathing review of this store after our order was filled incorrectly and the employees claimed they couldn't fix it because "we're all just kids here, man". So I called and spoke at length to an employee about my expectations regarding the order and was told that no one on staff could help me; however, a manager was supposed to be there in 2 hrs and they would call me to address my issues. This should have been at approx 8:30 p.m. Central Time. When I hadn't received a call by 9:15, I decided to go to their website to check their hours and, of course, they were closed. Now they get a second bad review for the same order, plus I will never do business with this store again.

I like little caesars . But this was my grownup daughter that did this. Dont really know how theirs turned out. But mine always are great.
Pizza is always fresh as soon as I walk in. Soon as I walk in the friendly staff greets me wether they are in the back or up front. Great employees

The employees have always been nice but it always seems to take a bit to get a pizza. We were informed this past visit that they don't have Hot & Ready pizzas and they they never will. I like Little Caesar's pizza but their whole schtick is having hot and ready pizzas. If you plan to just stop in and grab a pizza, you may want to choose a different location.
