My wife and I recently ate at the KFC in Mount Juliet, the food was hot, delicious and served in a timely manner. But the most important aspect during our visit was the black female at the register, I think her name was Beverly, she made us feel at home and she is a true professional in everyway possible. She treated everyone that entered the restaurant with dignity and respect. She is an invaluable asset to the KFC Restaurant Chain. Simply put she is the best!!!
I used KFC catering for a party of 40 guests. I placed the order five days in advance and spoke to Beverly who was very helpful. I called back the day prior and also reviewed everything with Freedom.The mashed potatoes and gravy were still hot, however there were so many separate containers of potatoes the bottom container had been squashed and potatoes had come out everywhere on the outside of the containers, so I had to place the potatoes in a separate bowl to be presentable. The crispy fried chicken was good but the original chicken that I had also purchased was very noticeably oily. I had also ordered green beans for 40 people but NO GREEN BEANS arrived with the order and my husband did not realize it till he had driven 10 miles back to our house. I’m not sure if we paid for the green beans or not! B Prater
You can never go through the drive through and get your food. They always ask you to park and wait.

Food was great, but when my husband went in to pickup, he said there was a Manager/ Employees problem going on an unpleasant atmosphere. One time, we were glad to take home to eat!
The driest chicken I ever ate . Won't be going back for a long time. Very disappointing. Staff didn't seem to care at all .no greeting just total given and handed food slammed window need to work on public relations
Ordered a 3 pcs meal got a 2 pc. Fries were old and cold.
the staff has no idea how to treat people or they just don't care. They also made me feel guilty to ask for my change. Bad place.
Most of the food is premade, so it’s edible. But, the one ingredient they cook ‘chicken’, was so greasy?! My guess is they overload the nasty fryer, the temperature drops, and the chicken is absorbing the oil, as opposed to frying properly. Staff seems like they’re trying, they’re most likely overworked and underpaid. Went there one night, and they had no chicken? Our order was missing food, another time…
Use to be a good place to eat now the people that work there don't want to take your order like it's an inconvenience to them. Would love to see better customer service.
