Good tasting pizza but very dishonest pricing. My wife ordered a large Pepperoni an a large half Pepperoni half cheese and they charged us $15 per pizza for a 3 topping pizza. MAKE SURE YOUR RECEIPT MATCHES YOUR ORDER!
The pizza was great and was recommended by a local and they delivered right to our room. We asked what the best pizza in Mt Juliet and this was it. We are going back and will eat there again.
One of the better fast food type pizza places around. They do have really fast delivery and it's pretty rare that they mess up an order. I do find getting pizza delivered is usually faster than picking it up in store. They also offer cauliflower crust for their pizzas.
Order took way longer than quoted which in itself happens (almost 90 mins). I get it. But when you call and the manager says “we are just hella busy. I can’t tell you when your order will arrive” that to me is unacceptable. He never even asked my name to know which order I was referring to. I’d recommend going somewhere else.
This USED TO be the best pizza around for pick-up pizza. However, the last few times we have ordered from here, it's been really bad. Hardly any sauce and burnt. I seriously hardly ever complain about food, but we decided to call because for the price, I expected something better, like what they used to have. We contacted the manager, then corporate. Neither was interested in what we had to say. Do what we did - go to Little Caesers and get a better pizza for $6 instead of the $20+ that Jet's is charging for food I wouldn't even feed my dog.
Disappointed with the two pizzas we got. It was overcooked and the spinach had no taste. Their sauce was okay. But won't go back there. $27 and that was with 20% off for text ordering. No Thank you.
Jets is okay pizza and stupid expensive. It would be cheaper to get my credit card stolen. Not the friendliest location here either.
Pizza was ready on time, correct, and delicious. The guy at the counter was pleasant.
We love Jet’s but this one is poorly managed.
There was hair baked in my pizza. I didn't notice it until the I saw a brown colored piece of hair was sticking out and then saw another longer piece in the portion I was about to take a bite. It was definitely the guy who gave me the pizza because he had brown hair and was baking the pizzas. Maybe get hair nets or something...perhaps? Will not be ordering pizza for a while...kinda traumatized
