They're good as long as you order there and micromanage your food. Our order is wrong someway or another if we order online.

Not sure how you order a chicken bacon ranch and get a steak sandwich. You guys weren’t busy at all. Got all the way home to realize you made the wrong sandwich. Guess my bad for trusting the fact that I ordered a chicken bacon ranch and to think you guys could manage that. This is a prime example why you shouldn’t get $15 an hour. I will not come back to this location.
Just getting home to after a 12hr shift today … anyways around 1:30pm today I order 2 giant club subs on the app for pick up for my old lady and I . Total was 36 bucks with tip for subs lol anyways it was a 40 min wait .. when I arrived at 2:15 when it said to arrive my subs haven’t even been made , and they lied , and said it was bc they needed to make more white bread while making other peoples subs in front of me with white bread ?! Haha anyways I waited 15 min for the line to die down and they finally made my subs . I drove 20 min home to eat on my lunch break to find noooo toppings on my subs ??? I just don’t get it .. Kids working there where laughing , and playing around instead of making peoples orders on time ... if I had been doordashing I’d of let them have it . Not very impressed with the service for 40 dollar subs …

I've been to several different Jersey Mike's. The Jersey Mike's in Mount Juliet at 2231 N. Mount Juliet Road is by far the best. You guys never disappoint. The bread is fresh, when you pay for extra meat you get EXTRA Meat, when you pay for bacon, you get BACON. Thank you for making quality subs. You guys and gals are great. I have learned the hard way, not every Jersey Mike's is equal in quality and freshness.
Been to this location for years now, and it has never disappointed. The staff makes the highest quality subs with fantastic service each and every time. Every employee here is extremely pleasant, and Mike is the best manager I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. The store is consistently kept clean, and well-stocked. I can't recommend this place enough for the best subs in town.
