I had the most pleasant experience with a sweet girl wearing glasses with red hair that had a little blue in it, I wish I had gotten her name. She greeted me at the drive-through window with the kindest smile and got my order out to me in under a minute hot and correct. I hope her hard work is recognized!!
Because there's isn't a zero star. Hoping the GM and owner read these reviews. The sign all week said lobby now open.GREAT! 9:45a Sunday. Was looking forward to siting down and eating breakfast on Sunday morning after church. Got to restaurant and as usual drive thru line was around the building and out to the main road. Went inside. Got in line. One person ahead of me. No one waiting on lobby customers. Several employees milling around. Watched the manager trying to handle everything from the drive thru for about 5 mins while several more customers walked in and got in line. They employees all looked lost. One employee did eventually step up to wait on lobby customers. He could not get into the register so he asks the manager what to do. The manager told him "we're not taking any more lobby orders until we finish the drive thru". At this time there were about 15 cars in line, more on the road turning in and about 6 lobby customers. I understand not having enough help but there were about 5 people working. Probably not a great idea to advertise lobby dining that you cannot provide.
They didn't give me 2 of my breakfast sandwiches
This is not a good hardees. Slow and often out of certain things. I think during this visit they were out of grilled chicken and pickles. The food i was able to get was alright, but not worth the wait.
My food was the breakfast platter was soggy and gross they only served me one egg , very small amount of fries and did not fill me up, I have to go all the way to lebanon tn now to get Hardee’s they know how to treat people and serve a good amount of food and they give options of chicken , bacon or sausage . They have never served me soggy food and missing egg. The staff is prompt clean and care about customers. This branch they arre ignorant and disrespectful they make you wait forever on the drive through just to make a simple single order they will tell you please wait or you cant use card or have an issue at all times. They did not keep gravy separate was all over my biscuit one of the times all my experiences have be horrible. They have not let people dine in for a while while other Hardee’s do

I used to grab my breakfast here after a long night shift. Whilst this isn't the most glamorous breakfast by far, it is a full plate of hot breakfast food and will keep you full for a long time. I usually order the Hardee Breakfast Platter with Sausage. The gravy here is really good and tasty.

Workers are rude when they forget to give you syrup. They made me dig through my bag instead of just giving me one. There was no syrup in my bag but they got hateful. It cost what maybe 10 cents and y'all are having a meltdown in the drive through???? I won't be back. I have never gotten good and respectful service at the Mt Juliet location.
