Went here for lunch a day or two ago and was not pleased at all. Went up to the buffet to figure out what I wanted to eat and when I went to grab a clean plate there was food caked on to the plate. So I grab another clean plate and was still getting the same results with plates that had food caked to them. They also weren’t that busy and the food really wasn’t that fresh either.
We're always happy with the food it has a great appearance and have yet to have a bad meal there are some of the staff especially some of them that are the hostess that seats you that could use some improvement Their Manners are quite abrupt and at times seem like they're in a bad mood and sorry they're working there other than that the rest of the staff seems to be pretty happy and pleasant to deal with I would recommend this place as far as food just watch the hostesses sometimes they can be rude
Attentive and fantastic staff and food was replenished frequently. But food quality was lack luster and average. Crab rangoon was all cream cheese and egg drop soup had a "skin" on the surface. Atmosphere really needs updating - soiled ceiling tiles, chandelier is half working, and tables were uneven. Should have guessed with less than 5 families in the whole place. Disappointed.
I am an avid Chinese food lover but this place is the least desirable that I've eaten at. Most of the food was cold and the supply was very limited but what was strange to me was that all the food had some sort of similar flavor that I couldn't place but was not pleasant it was almost like a chemical was sprayed on the food or in the process of cooking it. The service was poor as my table had more than two dishes stacked up to be removed and it wasn't done In a reasonable time...I don't enjoy eating the rest of my meal with dirty dishes near me. So to me the food was sub quality but I did enjoy the chocolate pudding and the tea otherwise that was it and I will not be back
Some of the items were cool. The side where the butter mushrooms and ragoons were not quite cold but definitely not warm like they should be. I informed the waitress but nothing was done The ice cream was almost warm. It was melting before I got it to the table..I like soft ice cream but this went a little to far.
Service was good. Food was hot and buffet was open. Several items available. About $40 for 3 adults.
It's a Chinese buffet.... they don't have a lot of good food, but you can get full. It isn't great. It isnt anything special. They are nice people. If you want good Chinese food, go to Chine Moon.
They weren't exaggerating, there are actual fruit flies flying around your food at the table. Food at dinner time was barely warm. Very sad
Horribly dirty, lackluster food, and inattentive staff. I was greeted by the gnats around my table more than our wait staff. The food lacked flavor and much of it tasted like it was cooked days earlier and reheated. There was dried up food still on "new" buffet plates and raw meat out like a salad waiting for hibachi. I should have let the 90 health score and strategically hidden health permit at the entrance clue me in that I was in for a horrible experience. I usually go back to a buffet multiple times, but I couldn't, and I will not be back in that building again. I'm honestly shocked by the reviews that rave about the food, cleanliness, and staff. It makes me wonder what restaurant they were in....It certainly wasn't Far East Buffet. ??♀️
