I've been to this location before and had really positive experiences. It was okay this time. No dine in available so had to drive through. Okay experience. The cheese on the burger wasn't even melted, just put on there. I think they are suffering from the staffing issues of a lot of places.
Let us inside to see cake selection, even put our names on them for us even though he wasn't feeling to confident about it, we loved it!!:)
I love this location, both drove thru and inside. They take time making the ice cream especially the banana split and everyone is super friendly.
The service was incredibly rude even on a Sunday afternoon!! I paid $3.50 for a bite of ice cream on a cone!! Really??? What a ripoff!! We went to Baskin Robbins which was our original idea destination...should have just stuck with our original idea for this Dairy Queen is HORRIBLE!! YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED!! There are rude kids running a business into the ground!! That is why you received only ONE STAR from me!! You have to leave at least one star for your review to be posted!! WHY??? Why aren't the doors open? The doors are always locked!!! The service and food use to be good when the establishment first opened but now it is horrible!! You cannot expect people to return when your immature and disrespectful staff are running your customers away by giving them inadequate food and ZERO customer service!!!!
Not properly open. Don't bother attempting to go.Still just a drive through. Burger was old and stale. Blizzard was excellent as always
This location is so hot and cold. Sometimes we have a great experience and the blizzards are made with chocolate ice per request and others it’s not. The constancy can improve.Please update your menu on Door Dash!! Per Door Dash the menu is control by you. Why would you not offer all blizzards that you do at the store? This could be solved with a simple create your own. I will consider a rate change if this is changed!
The food is always great. The customer service is pretty good as well
My wife loves this place, personally I'm just totally addicted to their malt drink. This is fast food but in a while category above the more popluar options. This place is clean and tidy. The staff are friendly and helpful. If I have to do fast food, then it would be Dairy Queen.
Gotta love some DQ! ??? I prefer their ice cream treats over their real food, I just do. My puppy loves to come for ice cream here too & its one of a few places she knows by name!!! She can see the DQ sign & goes crazy silly. We enjoy this place alot & several know her by name! We are regular customers winter & summer! ?? ???❤?❤? ⚓? ?
I spent a total of $40 and then I paid 10 extra dollars for the guy behind me to pay it forward; I ordered BBQ tenders the four-piece ; however there was a Mis understanding about how they had to ring them up as two two pieces; if that makes sense. When I got my order, they were regular room temperature chicken tenders; so I took them back and told them that I ordered BBQ tenders; after they conferenced with the other cashiers and the manager on duty they came back and told me that I would have to pay the difference because I did not acknowledge BBQ tenders when they repeated my order. I know it makes sense for me to pay the difference however I did ask for BBQ tenders initially and I think it is a poor decision to charge a customer that had received room temperature chicken tenders that came back to the window after spending 50 something dollars; the kid at the window could only chuckle and apologize; however I came back 30 minutes later and ordered ice cream $20 worth. This is just a FYI on how customer service has gone down the drain and faithful, supporting, paying customers are being disappointed when their support should be appreciated.
