STAFF IS NICE. UNFORTUNATELY, THE SHELVES THAT THE T0-GO ORDERS ARE PUT FOR DELIVERY DRIVERS TO PICK UP, ARE BEHIND THE CASHIER AND THEY ALWAYS MAKE ME WAIT AND HAVE TO SCAN IT AND MAKE SURE ITS THE CORRECT ORDER EVEN THOUGH I HAVE ALREADY SEEN THE RECEIPT ATTACHED TO THE BAG AND KEEPS ME FROM GRABBING IT AND GOING TO MAKE THE DELIVERY IN A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME.Also, when parked and told to wait in a Togo spot for the order to be brought out, close to time for them to close, I have waited a while after letting them know I was there for a pickup and the store is closed when I’ve gone to the door, even if the order was placed and ready and I was there before they closed. It really doesn’t make it very reliable or worth the time and gas to drive there bc then I do not get full compensation for my time and the gas it took to sit and wait for nothing!! They need a better system for Delivery Companies!!!!!
We had a short wait for a table. Once sat, it did take our server about 5 minutes to greet us and take our drink order.Once food arrived, everything was hot and fresh. I ordered the Buttermilk Pancakes with 100% Pure Natural Syrup, my boyfriend ordered The Cracker Barrel's Country Boy Breakfast, and his son ordered Bacon n’ Egg Hashbrown Casserole.My pancakes should hand been 3 pancakes per the description, but only came with 2. My boyfriend said everything was good with his, except the grits were on the thicker side. And his son had no complaints. We've visited Cracker Barrel more frequently this past month or so at different locations and the Mt Juliet one was the least consistent.
The food was delicious for me.My roast beef was just right. James meatloaf was burnt on top. But sometimes things happen.. Our waitresses very nice and sweet. She was delightful and polite. She forgot our small plates to eat our biscuits.but they were busy. If I had cash on me I would give her 10$ tip. I only could give 4$ on the card. Thank you so much Cracker Barrel for a wonderful meal. Especially our server
Great food! Great service! Recently ordered a Prime Rib heat & serve meal for Easter! It was AMAZING! The horseradish and all sides were very tasty and easy to heat and serve! Will likely get it again at Easter! Next time, I may just do prime rib because the sides were very small servings.
Staff was friendly! That's about it though on the positives. Sadly no one knew how to make scrambled eggs as well as biscuits. The food was cold and old as if it was microwaved after sitting around for 10 hours. Love the brand but just didn't hit the mark this time.

Got a country boy breakfast, the steak was supposed to be medium, it was beyond well done, the grits and gravy were cold and there was a shell in my eggs. We had to flag down another waitress to get coffee refills, some butter and syrup. Our waitress disappeared until she brought the check. The worst experience I have ever had at a Cracker Barrel. While we were waiting for our table, a Papa John's guy brought in a stack of pizzas, I can only guess why they don't want to eat their own food.
What makes Cracker Barrel so fun is the old timey kick back times with the right company around.The Store is awesome too bc it brings back memories of Christmas gifts ? that you had always wished would show up under the tree, or the snacks that should have been in your stocking instead of coal.I LOVED the fried apples ? ? ?!
Had a great brunch experience here. Always a solid choice. I go to my usual, the country boy breakfast, Chelsea went country fried steak with brown gravy, and the kids chose pancakes and grilled cheese. You have to try the hashbrown casserole tater tots, they are ridiculously tasty!!!!
I stopped by here earlier this week for dinner with my family. We were pleasantly greeted by Kiersten, she was so kind and welcoming. I got meatloaf and it was absolutely delicious!! Kiersten made sure our drinks were always filled and ensured all our needs were met! Overall Great experience!! :) We will definitely be back!
