Food is just okay! Customer service definitely needs improvement. When calling in the order the person taking the order was short and gave the impression that I was bothering him. When I arrived no greeting just a “YEAH”! I was taken back by the lack of professionalism from an older man. Maybe I’m old school but I expect a more seasoned person to have a more professional disposition. This was my first time ordering from here and I would not recommend at this time.The food quality is not good enough to carry bad service.
Had c-1 and c-4 combos. Food is fresh but bland. Margaritas very good. Service excellent. Will need to figure out the best dishes here.
We love this Cinco specifically. Great service, very consistent food, excellent fried jalapenos! We literally go almost every week.
Over priced! $8.99 for a 8oz cheese dip is outrageous. Food is good. Atmosphere is loud because of tile floors. Tired of paying these people a fortune for not much.
We come here every time and the food is great. However, today it seems like they were short staff and the manager was stressed enough to be very rude with us.My father in law asked for a refill on his margarita and this guy said: “ Good luck with that”, what kind of manager would say that to a customer?? Really?? Also we asked him for extra napkins and he said he was the manager, I’m just trying to help, but he said it in a way that he was meaning I’m not the waiter, so don’t ask me for anything.I’m still in shock, we can understand you can be short staff for whatever reason, but we don’t want to hear the reasons why as he tried to over explain… TOO MUCH INFORMATION!!Honestly, this manager needs a customer service class ASAP.I’m not coming back ever. At the end of the day we pay for the food the same way other people does and we pay good tip, we don’t deserve this rudeness.This unfortunate event was good enough to not come back again.
My favorite Mexican restaurant when we go back to TN. We live in Florida now. I love their Chili Rellenos!
crappy take out. cold food. even though we had to wait for order. live 3 min away, shouldn't have been cold when got home. ordered cheese dip. cold. and didn't get chips. crappy crappy food. disappointing
