Drive thru. Food was hot and correct
I pulled up and the lady on the mic got VERY SMART with me because I came here to order food for my team. I actually am over a medical company here and our Team will NEVER use this BK. She yelled at me because I started with “I have a big order” she asked me was I joking as she yells saying she’s not taking no $80 order. Now my team has to go with an alternative. We actually looking for businesses to use consistently. That worker is terrible to your business
Took about 4 mins for my food. Which is okay if it was good and not old.Guess their not going to improve any more sad to say. My fries was cold but the box was warm. My whopper jr had no ketchup or anything like that on it. There's no difference between them and Mcds anymore.
I made my order online before I got there. They weren't supposed to close until 10 but when I got there at 9:30 I was told they couldn't make my order because they had already started cleaning the grills!! So not only am I having TO WAIT for a refund from their app... But I actually had to tell the manager I wasn't paying for the OLD food he did give me! It was the worst burger king experience ever
This is the worst Burger King ever in Mount Juliet! The service was terrible and the food was even worse! The guy at the window looked super angry at customers and very rude. I asked for ketchup and he looked at me like he was about to kill me. He was raging, sighing and rolling his eyes constantly. There were things missing from the order and the food was not fresh at all.
This is a standard Burger King, with that familiar Burger King taste. I have both, eaten in and had take out from this Burger King. I personally love the Rodeo Burger and Onion Rings, they taste great. If fast food is what you need, then I'll take this over McDonald's any day. .

I haven’t gone inside a Burger King in a while . I had previous experiences throughout America and I would never leave a review. But this location was nice . The employee Nikki was awesome she was helping customers and wiping tables. She was friendly and really cared about the inside.
