Love the bar and the bartenders!!!
Been there two weeks in a row the waitress behind the bar does not acknowledge the customers
We walked in, sat down, ordered an appetizer and drinks. After we got our apps and drinks the waitress came to take our order. She said "oh yea by the way we're out of boneless wings". What type of wing place is out of boneless wings. And why would you not tell patrons that as soon as the walk in. Boneless wings is what they are known for and you don't even have the decency to mention that you're out! Thanks for nothing BWW....

I ordered online. My order would be ready in twelve minutes, well I live fifteen minutes away. Three minutes np. When I got there & received my order I immediately taste the fries because who wants cold fries. They were indeed lukewarm. I ask for a fresh batch and they did bring me some more which were a bit better. Then when I got home I noticed I didn't have my carrots or ranch that I ordered.
The food here is delicious! We ordered takeout on a Saturday night because the restaurant was super busy inside. We only waited around 15 minutes and were glad we did. Everything we ordered was amazing and the portion sizes are huge. Definitely recommend!
I reallly wanted to like this place. I’ve given it chance after chance. I feel like they try, but there is just something always off with the service. This time the queso we ordered with our food just never came out, even after checking on it multiple times. After our meal was over we just had it removed from our tab. And the last two times it has been like pulling teeth trying to get the tab to pay and leave.
My takeout order was completely wrong. I told the person I initially ordered with, and nothing happened. After 20 minutes of waiting, I talked to another employee. 15 minutes later, I talked to a third employee, Katelyn ,she made me feel like a valued customer, and not a burden. I only give these stars to her.
Went on a snowy day. There were only 3 people sitting at the bar including us. The bartender was more interested in talking to friends than waiting on us. Very slow service.
I've given this restaurant chance after chance and it just continues to fail miserably. They have the slowest service of all time, even when you're the only one there. This last time we waited forever for someone to take our drink orders, then we waited forever after we ordered our food, just to be told "sorry, but your order never went through the system". I won't be going back here. It's a shame because I love B-Dubs food.
