Great coffee and friendly service.

Hot Coffee should be hot! I'm very disappointed in the coffee that I've been getting. I stopped going in the afternoon because the hot coffee was always cold. I decided to be late for work and try again. If I had wanted ice coffee I would have ordered it. I tried to call to see if maybe the burners was off, but no one answered the phone and the voicemail was full and I couldn't leave a message. I'm disappointed because when I first started working in Mt. Juliet I would stop and get a good hot cup of coffee. Not true anymore.

Great atmosphere and selection but unfortunately the coffee was just meh. The goat tail breakfast roll (bread cheese and bacon) tasted like the bacon was starting to go bad even though I watched them pull it out of an oven. The energy drink was good but nothing to write home about. The cinnamon roll was good but not craveable. Great people working there but it's more of an experience than great food.

My husband and I love to support local and have recently moved super close to Billy Goat. We've been frequenting Billy Goat for about a year now, and unfortunately, every time I go, I ask myself why... I want to love Billy Goat, but their coffee is not good at all. I have tried the caramel macchiato, dirty chai with oat milk, and an iced espresso with the brown sugar syrup (have had this one 4-5 times) and each of the drinks is just awful every time. Every time I go (bc it's right across the street from my house) I hope it will be better, but it never is... All of the coffee that I've had has a very fake, syrup-y taste that is just intolerable, and tastes nothing like coffee. I hope that sometime in the future they will improve their coffee. Also, the King's Hawaiian grilled cheese tasted like melted plastic- not exaggerating... not sure what is going on there.

The girls (high school kids working this sorry place) think when they mess up an iced coffee it’s okay to make snarky remarks when they can’t do the simple job of making drinks correctly. Literally monkey work.I will not be back to this place. The coffee is subpar at best and not worth your time.

We love supporting local shops over Starbucks and other chains… however, the experience my husband and I experienced here was absolutely cringe worthy. The young ladies running the shop, were extremely rude. I watched them be rude to the couple in front of us in line and then I got to experience it first hand.Rude, snarky remarks, and then they gossiped about customers that were in the room!Sadly, it didn’t stop there. Our coffee was… bad.My husband, a simple man will drink Folgers from a day old pot, but didn’t take more than a sip from his “cold brew”.My “golden goat” latte, was not drinkable either… we noticed everyone else in the shop was very unhappy with the product as well.

Billy Goat Coffee in Mount Juliet is a cozy, eclectic cafe with some tasty quiche and interesting coffee selections. Ordered the bacon quiche (loaded with bacon!) and the Soft Kick (espresso and whipped cream) The cafe has all mismatched chairs and tables with a big, comfy couch and large windows. Fun, vibrant colors throughout the cafe and they have a drive-thru. The only downside is the tiny parking lot. Worth visiting if you’re in the area.

I started going to billy goat roughly 3 years ago mainly due to their large selection of keto friends foods. In the past, I’ve always had a great experience, unfortunately the level of service and food has gone way down since. The employees seem very clueless regarding the keto options and what is available. Often they even act borderline rude. Which is highly concerning from someone who follows a keto diet. The food (keto and regular) is very inconsistent and hit or miss most days and the service is very slow. I still try to give billy goat a chance due to the great experiences I’ve had throughout the years, hoping it will turn back around, but after my past handful of experiences I am not sure I will be retuning.

We ate here today, and I got two meat biscuits Togo, and a lot of other food. It looks like they microwaved the biscuit in the plastic container I'm assuming to melt the cheese??? The plastic had a melted, burnt hole in it, and my biscuit was extremely hard from being microwaved. It was not even edible. I could have just had a bad experience, but I literally wasted money eating here because I couldn't even eat my food. Please don't microwave biscuits inside plastic containers.

Billy Goat is amazing. I recently had to go gluten, dairy, and corn free. They have been a great resource and have allowed me to have some delicious treats that I had been missing. I would highly recommend them to those with allergies. They are also great to work with.
