Chicken was over cooked. Staff was useless. The interior has not been updated since the place opened. It would probably be better to have left the dining room closed, be a drive thru only place. HELLO, FRANCHISE OWNER... TIME TO STEP UP AND BRING THE PLACE OUT OF THE 90'S, ITS PITIFUL IN THERE.
4 finger chx plate was $8 out the door, now it's $10. Not paying that. I can buy a steak for that. You have lost a customer.
Staff was friendly and the food was tasty. We don't have these where I'm from and we were not disappointed.
Went through the drive thru around 7:10 or so. Was given a cold chicken sandwich, and when My husband brought it inside, he was told that it would take 15 minutes for a fresh one. Would’ve rather waited in the first place to get fresh food rather than given old food from the start. They could’ve simply said it will be a small wait for the food rather than giving a cold, hard chicken sandwich with a torn bun. There is no way this was not old, considering how cool the temperature of the chicken was. It wasn’t even warm.
Used the app to order. It was ready right as I got there. Kickin chicken was yummy.
This Zaxbys is HAS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. the girl that took my order sounded MISERABLE over the speaker. I frequent it often because it is on my way to work. Today's visit, I ordered a 5 piece of boneless wings-sauce on the side. Wings not the meal. And a grilled cobb salad. I went through wings were COLD!!!! AND GREY. No sauces came with my boneless wings. my salad had NO bacon and NO toast. I is MORE surprising when your food is correct and service is good than it is a bad experience. I am surprised when my visit goes well. ???? the zaxbys on the other side of morristown is worth the drive.
Never a complaint from me at a zaxbys. Love their chicken.

I used to love Zaxbys but it seems like it gets worse everytime we go. The fries tasted like they were 3 or 4 days old.. very soggy, you could tell they had been reheated. Based on the last experience, it'll be a while before we go there again
This was only the second time we ate there and was not impressed but maybe if we knew what to order and what came on them or what to ask to be put on but maybe next time. Everybody has to learn eventually.
