Super disappointed with my food. The fries were TERRIBLY undercooked, the bread wasn't even toasted(one side was slightly, but barely) and the boneless wings didn't even have any sauce on them!! Whoever is cooking tonight, needs to be re taught how that the fries stay in the grease UNTIL the buzzer goes off. Whoever made the boneless wings, needs to actually dip them into sauce and not just the bottom corners of the sauce tin. The only thing good was the drinks and the ranch packs.
I have always enjoyed the food here one of my favorite fast food places and the food is always good I recommend this place to anyone who likes chicken they have a very nice variety to choose from any way you can imagine hot wings chicken sandwiches and the zalads are amazing 2 thumbs up lol
It used to be one of the best places in town. When they lost Koch Foods as their supplier of tenders, the quality of their food plummeted. Not going back.
I'm getting to the point that idw to go to zaxbys bc the last time I was there, the children wasn't done, and when I encounter something like that, it takes me a while before I go back

Husband had the classic salad, all good, he said delicious! However, my cajin sandwich was not. Chicken was rubbery. No cajin flavor very sloppy. They were not busy we were the only customers. Three came in after us, they got their meal before us? Had not eaten at zaxby's in about a year. Great franchise. But for $21.00 could of eaten at Applebees for alittle more money. Fastfood raised wages, RAISE THE SERVICE LEVEL AND QUALITY OR YOU WILL BE NO MORE.
Dined in waited on food approximately 10 mins and it came out cold the chicken was cool to the touch , however the crew was very friendly and replaced my order the second meal was spot on .
Excellent comfort food, with a variety of sauces there is something for everyone. My favorite is the Cobb Salad. The oriental Salad is by far the best Zalad sadly they only serve that seasonally. Service is super fast Simply Delicious Chicken, fried, grilled, or the Cajun backened sandwich. All of which are good. My kids love it especially the always fresh real and thick cut crinkle fries with seasoning. Good food, good service with great interesting interior. Great for fast comfort food and cheese curds are excellent. For those that don't know, they are just like Cheese sticks only better.
The bone in wings are terrible and pretty tiny. They had had us pull up to a parking spot to wait for our food. No big deal. My daughter ordered their tenders. The tenders were okay. My wings were ice cold, literally like they pulled them out the fridge and threw them in a Togo box. They were also super dry and tough. I just assumed that since we had to wait 12 mins, our food was going to be hot. The fries were also cold. The food is very plain, even with adding sauce to the wings. I ate one of the wings, threw the rest out, along with the unseasoned fries and weird tasting Texas toast. The employees were super nice that’s the only reason I’m giving it a 3 star review. The wings suck! If you want wings go some where else. The Cajun chicken club sandwich is usually good. Maybe try that.
With no cars in front of me I pull in and im immediately told to wait, which is fine but it took them 5 minutes to just take my order. Then I am pulled up after paying cause the grilled chicken is cooking. I wait 25 minutes and then have to call the store who forgot about my order. I repeat it to them and when I get home the order is completely wrong....
