Normally when we go to this particular one service and food are pretty good. But tonight we went and my son had a list of food we were getting because he figured up what everyone wanted and how much it would cost. We get up there, place our order (total is about $6-$7 more than he figured from online prices) and wait a few mins. We didn't think too much about the price difference because online prices usually differ anyway. I tell him just to check the receipt vs the online app and that's when we noticed why it was so high. He'd ordered 2 bacon double stacks but they charged and gave him 2 double baconators instead. So I tell him to call and let them know that they'd messed up on the order and what it was. NOW this is the reason I'm leaving the review.... during the call I hear her tell him he can bring them back up there and trade them in for the others and get the difference. I wanted to throw up hearing that! It made me wonder how many other orders they've messed up on and traded out prior. I always thought that fast food places weren't allowed to take back food once it's touched the customer's hands due to cross contamination and health violations. Thought others might like to know for future reference.
I doordash regularly from here. Constantly out of alot of items on the menu. Waits through the drive thru are ridiculous for the most mediocre food. Girl that works night is rude over the mic. Seriously needs a change in management.
I got chili, the beans were not cooked. They were hard and terrible. The fries were tough. At least the frosty good. Wendy's on the East side of Morristown is sad.
The Wendy’s in Jefferson City is amazing they help make suggestions with a smile when I forgot my coupon at home the cashier helped me with one she had great people with even better attitudes !!!!
If I could give a zero I definitely would! Went inside to eat and when I sat down one of their employees was sitting right in front of me. I normally wouldn't pay attention to someone else eating but this lady kept digging in her head...scratching like crazy! When I looked closely I saw that her head was FULL of lice and bugs. You could clearly see them crawling! I immediately thought about my food and if she made it. She got up and went back to work before I got up and left. Didn't wash her hands and started making food. I left and immediately called the manager. They said they'd handle it but I went by yesterday and she was STILL THERE. That's disgusting! I'll NEVER eat there again!!!!
Drive through was very SLOW. Placed order, paid, asked to confirm burger was wrapped in lettuce, got home......wrapped in a very fresh BUN.
Wendy's has a 5$ bag and it's pretty good for the price ypu pay!!!
Had to wait a while for the food but other than that it was alright, everybody was friendly and courteous.
Always a good visit here, never had any bad experiences.
