Hands down the best Waffle House around. Shandra has been our longtime waitress and she always goes out of her way to make us feel welcomed. Our order is always fresh and portions are huge. I love this place.
Went in for breakfast around 745, waitress was upset the cook was late and she ended taking , cooking and ringing up my order. Understanding this I left her a 5 dollar tip. When I reminded her she forgot my coffee she quickly snatched the 5 and claimed "Oops , I forgot" . She seemed as though working or being there was a hassle, but made it seem as though my order was inconvenience to her.
Don’t wanna answer the phone on 3 shift I might could understand if they was busy but sitting here in the parking lot they have 2 customers but they goof off instead of answering the phone for a to go order Waffle House has gone down heal for sure the cook is outside smoking as I’m typing this that goes to show they ain’t busy
Walked in and was greeted by two young women. I was waited on by Chasity. She was very fast and friendly. She also communicated to the customers while waiting on me. I had a to go order but she treated me with excellence. If you see this waffle house please pass forward the good works that this location and Chasity provide. This was on a Sunday Morning before Church sessions by the way.
This was the absolute worse experience EVER!! We came with a group and the waitress kept wiping her nose and face with her bare hand and DID NOT wash her hand and proceeded to serve our food. She then got mad and left the only other waitress to serve the entire restaurant when she was approached about this. We ended up leaving not getting our food, the cook and waitress walked out it was not a place to visit if you want clean safe food....
Was trying to have breakfast this morning. Went to the bathroom & as I walk towards the men's bathroom some guy walks out of the women's bathroom with the waitress around 5am in the morning on 5/20/22. It was clear as day what they were doing in the bathroom together. Disgusting. Thought this was a place I could have a disant meal - not have the waitress get it on with some random dude...nasty stuff. Never going back. She should get fired for that 100%.
Very kind waitresses. Food is always cooked the way I ask. Go on lunch break and have plenty of time to enjoy my food and make it back to work.
Food was ok -the normal for a waffle house.. It wasn't crowded this night but there was Not a single clean table or seat in the place, we weren't checked on for any reason after she brought it food until we hunted out waitress down outside just to get a ticket to pay... 3rd shift sucks here
We sat for a very long time and were ignored. One waitress asked us to be patient and we were more than patient. We were told we'd be waited on when another waitress clocked back in. She clocked in and we never saw her again. We just got up and left.
Love the breakfast here. Love the hashbrowns
