When I tell you I was infuriated this evening. First of all had to wait to order, while we were waiting there was a sign that said out of ice. Okay, that happens. After ordering sat at the drive through window and watched as 2 young staff members played around before taking our card. Finally she came to the window and said they ran out of doctor pepper. So we asked for Diet Pepsi instead. When I tell you the fountain drinks were so warm you could feel it through the cup, which is what it is they were out of ice. Personally I would say we are out of drinks all together or have someone run to the store for a couple bags of ice instead of serving hot syrup in a cup. We were then told to pull forward, and proceeded to wait in the drive thru for 35 minutes before my husband got out to go inside to see what was the deal. He walks in and the young man bringing out the food was sitting on the counter talking to people in the back and handed my husband our food to walk it out. Get it to the car and come to find out they swapped our desert for a desert we don’t like WITHOUT asking, instead of giving us the option for our money back when they ran out of the desert we ordered. After being there at like 40 minutes and still not having our correct order the least the staff could have done is not decide how we spent our money. I’m in awe, honestly the establishment needs to be more honest about what they are out of and consider closing early for restock and reemployment before they lose more customers than just us. Mediocre service.
After reading these reviews I guess I’m none surprised to my experience. I read one from 4 weeks ago they were out of the fish for the tacos , they are out of them today too. I dropped $30 on food and they left off all 3 cheese dips for the potatoes. The potato wo the cheese are definitely not what I wanted. I’d Rather not had them. I tried to call the location 3 times and no one is answering. Zack was friendly over the intetcom, but I guess this is the norm for this location. Hopefully others read reviews and save some time
Great crew and usually good food but they never have what I actually go there to get.
I can forgive Taco John's for running out of Alaskan fish they are advertising for their fish tacos. I can forgive being overcharged on my food order. I can forgive getting shorted a couple of items on my food order. I can even forgive having to wait until the line at the only open register was gone so the manager could issue me a refund. What I cannot forgive or overlook is the so called "mexican" food that this place sells. Their food is mediocre at best. I could have spent less money and gotten better food at Taco Bell. It may not be authentic, but it's still better than Taco John's. And much less expensive.
Visiting from out of town and decided to stop here for something different. Part of the order was a six pack crispy. Despite it saying so on the receipt, they gave us soft flour tacos. Called to let them know and the employee, dripping with sarcasm, said “sorry, we’re short staffed.” I guess you need extra employees in order to put cold gross meat in a hard shell as opposed to a soft one. That’s more of iq issue than a short staff issue. She offered to remake it but considering how gross everything was, and the fact that the guy who brought out the food looked like he was on a registry somewhere, we opted to just throw it out. A waste of 29$ and some change. To the owners: if they tell you they need a raise, they don’t, you just need new employees.

Took 30 minutes to get our food and there was only 3 tables and no one in drive through.. They lost the receipts to the entire dining room had to shut down the registers until they figured out what they were doing. Just rediculious

The owner will not post the real prices The price on the drive thru menu said $4 and change under $5 each for boss burritos But when you get to the window the real price is over $8 The owner/manager Kate will not allow the menu to be changed because it may scare customers off. I will not go back. Taco Bell is just up the road.

My meal was mostly good. The guac on my nachos seemed like it had gone bad. Once I scraped it off, things were good. I shouldn't have to do that though lol.
