This place is a joke and very poorly managed. The chicken quesadillas were both burnt. The nacho bell grandes had no meat on them just a bunch of beans. Spoke with a woman there the night it happened and told her everything and she said to come in and they would fix it, but then when I called to get the new order she said I didn't mention the quesadillas. It was like $37 worth of food. With no replacement.
The management staff need to get it together and hire enough employees. Businesses are blaming people for “not wanting to work” when in actuality people require support, decent pay, and a positive work environment to want to work somewhere. Just got in line at 9:30 on a Friday night with a car full of kids starving after baseball games all night. The massive line took forever, with no way to drive out of it even if we had charged our minds and wanted to go elsewhere. we rolled up to the speaker finally at 9:59PM after a 30 min wait. I hear the speaker chirp like someone is going to say something, but nothing. Finally at 10:01 I say “hello?!” And they tell us “sorry, we are closed.” I said “we have been waiting 30 min to order?” And she said “sorry, there are only 3 employees, so the car in front of you was the last one.” Nobody cut the line off or alerted the 8 cars behind us that they were not going to serve anyone because of their temporary hour reduction. Beyond that - the fact that they knew we were sitting at the speaker and weren’t even going to acknowledge us or say anything is insane to me. This is nuts. Hire employees. Taco Bell can afford to pay more if they can’t get anyone to do their work.
Constantly out of Beef, chicken, and steak. This place is trash. Whoever the manger is needs to dip out. All the employees are useless due to poor management and training. I even pick up door dash orders from here and 9/10 times, I have to call my customer because they are out of something. Get it together.
The last 2 times that me and my wife have ate there her chalupa was not made right the 1st time it was overcooked and burnt and the 2nd time it was undercooked I'll tell you what the problem is the whole store is ran by teenagers.
The food is always cold and tastes horrific. The wait time is nearly unbearable. I wish there was a good taco bell around here, both of them in town suck.
Love the food, the staff ain't all that tho. They are rude and always take an extremely long time during the night. It's always smoky in there when they close the lobby (idk why that is) and the employees close earlier then supposed to. And they will be out in the parking lot when they tell you they're closed wayy earlier than supposed to.
They are always great and pretty quick! I go just about every night after work to get food for the wife and they never disappoint.
My car broke down in the drive thru but I had it fixed in a matter of minutes. It was raining and dark outside. Greatest experience in a drive thru yet lol. Food was average for taco bell.
Went too get lunch the meal was good, but I wish that the meal was a little less greasy too where my hard taco shell wouldn't break apart
Same food would do 5 stars but they took to many good items off the menu
