Terrible experience today! The street sign says “LOBBY OPEN” but the cardboard sign on the door says "LOBBY CLOSED FOR MAINTENANCE.” That cardboard sign has been hanging on that door for three consecutive days, and I didn't see anyone inside doing any "maintenance." So I drove through the drive-thru lane in my car and ordered at the window, and I noticed trash strewn all over the parking lot and under the drive-thru window. And there was a nasty odor near the drive-thru window, like decomposing food. The cashier never said hello to me nor smiled, like my presence was a burden to her. This restaurant used to be fun to eat at, and clean, but not anymore.
Absolutely the worst taco bell I know about. I'm not necessarily blaming the workers either. For the past weeks they're constantly out of everything. And it's every other night their systems are apparently down, and I gotta cancel my mobile order. Just to wait days on the refund. I mean honestly, I couldn't imagine how they could be worse.
Tried to go to Taco Bell 3 times this past week. The first time, I saw a lady sweeping the parking lot, then enter the building by climbing through the drive thru window. Second time I went, the employees were so rude and the place was a mess and they were out of a lot, which they have been for almost 2 weeks. And this time, they’re so lazy that they keep closing their lobby. I get that you don’t have people that want to work, but all of these experiences together, it’s a little ridiculous.
I walked in the door and the girl behind the counter yells, "we are out of Mexican pizza and cinnamon twist". I walked up to the counter and ordered 2 meals. I was handed 2 medium cups and I asked about the large cups that come with the meal and she responds, "we are out of large cups". I ask for my receipt, since I paid cash and she responded, "we are out of receipt paper". We went to fill up our drinks and they were out of pepsi, mountain dew, root beer and tea. I went to grab napkins and they were out of them too. Terrible taco bell experience. I would not stop at this location ever.
Great food we loved the food it was great. Thank you.
Have gone to this Taco Bell 2 times in the last month and both times the main meal has been stale/heat lamp rock hard. If your going to change the price of your $5 big box Taco Bell at least make an effort to make sure your customers get a meal that is fresh and not sitting under a heat lamp for over an hour. Our Chalupas were hard shell hard both times. Great job :-(
The hard shell tacos no meat, very little lettuce and cheese. More meat on a Krystal burger than a dozen hard tacos. Probably not gonna come eat there again. Taco John’s is down the street and will get my taco business from now own.
Food quality has went way down in my opionion ,and THIER employees need 2 learn to listen without an attitude or crying because they 4get THIER getting paid 2 work ( how hard is it to listen to what you're supposed 2 be getting paid 4) AND THEN THEY 4GET NAPKINS AND CONDIMENTS ...I MEAN COME ON U GOT A BRAIN RIGHT ? WHEN YOU GO OUT 2 EAT DO YOU 4GET YOUR NAPKINS CONDIMENTS YOU WANT SERVICE FOOD AND A LITTLE DECENCY RIGHT ? IF YOU CANT REMEMBER YOU'RE WORK8NG AND YOUR CUSTOMERS ARE LIKE YOU WHEN YOU ORDER AND PAY 4 SOMETHING . WHY ARE YOU AT WORK ? USE YOUR HEAD 4 SOMETHING OTHER THAN A PILLOW. IM ABOUT DONE WITH TACO BELL PERIOD... TACO JOHNS IS BETTER AND NICER AND THEY ACTUALLY SEEM 2 REMEMBER 2 ASK A CUSTOMER WHAT THEY WOULD LIKE
Went too get dinner drive thru was quick and my order was hot and tasted good
I always have to tell them when I order a chalupa, please give me a fresh shell, if I dont it is to hard to chew.
