I wasn't able to order, I waited 3 min and no response which is a long time, I drove through to the window and no one was to be seen. If the store was closed it shouldn't advertise open 24/7. Dec. 8th 4:00pm was my visit time Hope you guys can find more help
So, I have had my good and bad days at this location. There were a few trips, where this location had nothing, and I mean NOTHING, in stock for making subs and was only selling limited items. A few times I have had issues with the Tuna being flat out horrible and had to switch things up. I had similar issues with the Tuna at another local branch as well, guessing it was a bad batch. However, the Morning staff, who im assuming is management (if not, she totally SHOULD BE!,) typically has everything fresh and subs on her shift are always on point. She has had to re-fix two of my subs that were flawed and inedible, both times they were great and actually worth eating once she remade them.Pros:24Hour Location.Drive-Thru.Good Location.Some Good Staff.GOOD FOOD, when the "Some Good Staff" are on shift.Cons:Sometimes the Food is almost rancid. (average)Sometimes there is unwanted toppings mixed in with your subs toppings.Overall:This location has its Pros and Cons! I would recommend going through the day/early morning hours, as the lady that is usually working, always has things up to part and her subs and toppings are always fresh and on point. There has been a few times that they had little-to-no choices in subs, which im assuming is due to shortages in supplies, but they were good to go on supplies today when I went in. Otherwise, it's a decent place and average in line with other sub shops.
The morning of Aug 28th.... Sent my daughter to get us a blt on flatbread crispy bacon with extra bacon. She went thru window n said when she returned the guy had attitude was hateful. When she took sandwiches from bag the bacon grease was running out the corners the bread was soaked and veg were hot. The bacon had been cooked while on the sandwich. Was disgusting.
Poor attitudes and felt rushed they wouldn't even give me time to really tell them what I wanted. The sandwiches weren't that good. All in all not worth the trip.
They made it just how I wanted lol
Horrible place to go at night time, warmers down for the 3rd time. Music loud as ever . Very rude employee. ?
The 2 stars I guess is more about using the subway app and employees actually reading the ingredients. Out of 6 times using the app and picking it up only once was the order actually right. Its great if you have time to stand in line and tell and watch the kids what to do. If you use the app and pick up though it's probably not going to be right.
I use to love subway but I do not like them and dont go there because they charge way to much for skimpy portions.also always gives me heartburn and rude people
