Today's sub was the best sub I've got anywhere.

When we first walked in there were 3 people in front of us. I honestly thought it was gonna take forever but, by the time I grabbed a bag of chips, we were already next in line! They were super fast and effective! Store was clean and presentable. Food was awesome!

Horrible experience!!! Amber, the alleged manager, actually informed me that customers that weren’t even in the store took priority over customers standing at the counter waiting to order. Informed to wait 20 minutes while they do an order for someone that wasn’t even there. In the time it took to call this manager they could have made the sandwich. Very poor management and policy. A customer standing there should be able to be served over a person that’s not even in the store. I’ve been going to subway for years and have never been told to wait over someone not even in the store. Very poor management and policy. Both need to be replaced and revamped. Amber was rude and unprofessional. Luckily more subways in the area with better management

employees are always the nicest. food quality is excellent, unlike the walmart subway. all employees are always using gloves and taking the necessary precautions for food service. love this place !
I have ate at this Subway many times, but the last time I was there I realized that NO EMPLOYEE was wearing gloves or masks! It just seems to me that considering the potential of spreading diseases (Covid-19) that every employee that handles food should be required to wear masks and to wear gloves.
