I went after work two times. Got home my order was wrong both times. I called to let them know a lady can't remember her name. Took my name and said my next meal was on them. Well I went and they couldn't find my name so I paid for the meal. I want go back to that location. I work in the food industry if I mess up I make it right. Pay for double burgers only got single one I lost money.
If I could give a 0 star review I would. I don’t ever leave bad reviews, but this is kinda ridiculous. When did chicken tenders become nuggets? I’m paying 8 something for this meal and literally got pieces of chicken smaller than chicken nuggets. Also, no one cared to mention that they were out of onion rings and just let me leave with nothing substituted. I go back and they say that they gave me extra chicken tenders instead. The extra chicken tenders were literally like the crispy piece on the chicken tender ripped off. I also asked for barbecue for my chicken and got nothing but charged a dollar for it. Literally charged a dollar for a pack of barbecue with chicken tenders? Why?? I didn’t even get the sauce with my food, I had to go back for that too. And why ask if I’d like sauce if your gonna charge me. Also sat in the the drivethru for several minutes with no response after at the drive up they told me to go to the drivethru and there was no one in front or behind me. Kinda fed up!
If I could leave no stars that's what it would be. I normally dont post this kinda thing. But The staff was rude, then when we got our food hamburger was cold, got cheese sticks and was suppose to get tater tots not cheese sticks and the napkins they sent for us had something that looked like sauce all over them. Very horrible..
You all need to teach Bianca some manners she shouldn’t be a car hop person if she isn’t going to take peoples orders properly and just walk off and cut people off
Great people and food, I would live here if they would allow me too. Lol.. cause they try their best to get the food done, and out to you as fast as they can. Always friendly and respectful. It’s a must to go place..
Forget sonic if you want a shake. I paid $5.04 for a med Oreo and Reese's master shake and it seems like all I got was a shake with some peanut butter cups in it and that's it. Shew I'd rather go to cookout, they have more choices and at least make your order right.
I love it when the food is good and hot (temperature)! I ordered a breakfast burrito and it was fabulous...loaded with meat!One note: I'm a bit hard of hearing and had to ask the order taker to repeat herself a few times. She was patient and gracious...thank you!
Sun was in my eyes so didn't see what screen said but when she brought the order out she told me what she brought out and it was not the right thing I ordered and she immediately went in and made it right very nice young lady
If you want to get your money's worth and your order be correct in Morristown, don't go to this sonic. Go to the other one, on South Cumberland
The first time we went the food was good but this last time was horrible. I've never had bad food from any sonic until now. The cony dog was a soggy mess and the onion rings were under cooked. It was so disappointing.
