Horrible ordering communication they said bad head set. Food was old dried out. Onion rings were delivered cold. Did not bring any dipping sauce or ketchup even though we asked for it. We push the button for a 3 rd time asking for dipping sauce ketchup and a spoon. No one cam out. Saw a person delivering other food asked her to bring it after my food was all cold. Horrible service
Great service and people friendly car hops. Today, May 5, [email protected]:45pm, my husband and I just love coming here, if busy they don't mess up your order, and especially JAKOP, HE IS THEY KINDNESS PERSON, TELLS US OUR ORDER BEFORE HANDING IT TO US, ASKED IF THERE WAS ANYTHING WE NEEDED. VERY ATTENTIVE TO OUR NEEDS. JAKOP WAS NEATLY DRESSED, VERY PROFESSIONAL. YOU HAVE A WINNER IN THIS EMPLOYEE. AND THE FOOD & SLUSH WAS OUT OF THIS WORLD. WE DONT EVEN LIVE NEAR. SO SONIC HERE IS GREAT!!!!
As of late this location has been very lackluster. Wrong orders with missing items, cold food.. and just now I just had a staff member mumble into his headset at me, pressure me repeatedly for my drink order while I was trying to find it because it was under a different name than I expected, and then when I did give it, he rang it up wrong.
They take care you as well, if they failed. They offer you an apology and a coupon for next visit.
Food was cold and we lived like 5 minutes away. The servers were great, but the food could've been better

DO NOT GO HERE!!! The service was terrible, the waitress was very rude. I spotted multiple health violations and concerns. If I could give it 0 stars I would.
I have loved everything I have ever ordered
I'm so disappointed the onion rings are usually so amazing but these are burnt and dried out. We did try the new garlic butter bacon burger and it was really good.
