Could not understand what the girl at the drive thru was saying. Had to repeat myself several times. Got to the window and she still had it wrong. Got half way home and realized she forgot my drinks. Called the restaurant and the voice mail said leave a message and a Manager would call me back,but the voice mail was FULL. GOING BACK TO KFC NEXT TIME
After reading some of the other reviews, I feel very fortunate that every time I've patronized this specific Popeye's, it has been a very positive experience. I always use the drive-thru and the employees have always been friendly, genuinely so- or at least fake it better than most others that you barely get anything out of. My go-to is the spicy chicken sandwich and, so far, it has always been hot, fresh and crispy! Yum! Recently, I placed an order online for the first time and went to pick it up - worried that this could be the time they might let me down, but no, when I arrived home with the family meal, the order was correct, fresh and still hot. This is one of the only fast food places I still go to occasionally because the food and service has been so good and consistent. Thank you for your hard work at what I imagine is a mostly thankless job! You rock!
It's a perfect Popeyes Chicken with two exceptions ( really just little nitpicks)..... they really need to fix the intercom and a couple of large potholes in the drive thru. Even so, I'd highly recommend the famous chicken sandwich any day!
Actually for most people saying drive thru hasn’t been that good first and for most people have to understand it’s new people started to work there also when they have a lot of cars it’s hard to keep up with the orders but they try there best it’s not like they just Try to ruin the orders it’s not they it’s a lot of pressure on the mangers also when you have short of staff because there the only ones back there making it there gettin more people and I think the food is actually amazing and good some people have to have patience with the new people that are learning drive thru instead of just complaining it’s not like they won’t get better which they will just have to give them time new people are gettin hired everyday so they are learning how to adjust to the place so SHOUT OUT TO POPEYES because the drive thru will get better and even tho the orders might be wrong people still eat it and come back after and complain and still get a good order the next time but also just be patient they try there beat everything so if there is any negative comments you can keep it because we stay positive there good is amazing and good workers and good mangers Shout Out to Samantha she works her but off to makes sure everything is right when she gets the time and Shout out to Sam he works his but off to to make sure everything is also rigbt
Had ordered two chicken sandwich combo with two fried apple pies everything was Good and fresh. Drive through was fast and the young lady was sweet and very nice. I'll be coming back here soon. Just one thing needs to be done the pavement around the building is awful .
Love their chicken. Their chicken sandwiches are delicious too. The spicy chicken is my favorite.
Order has been wrong the past few times visiting this location with food quality varying so much that it's now confusing..This past round we was shorted on chicken with our family meal and what chicken was present was all old wings with one cold to touch drumstick and one cold to the touch thigh. We went around 5:30-6PM so there wasn't any reason for the old food.Sides were a bit hotter but ultimately went uneaten due to the missing chicken and old chicken issues, so I am assuming they were good to eat.Reviews are showing people as getting sick & I guess I now know why as they truly are serving old chicken - after this last experience, I will likely never go back again for a good while until they fix things.Coming from a past filled with food service roles myself, this would have never been permitted when I was working in the field and its a shame - as popeyes usually provides the best chicken and services compared to their competitors..In that, the Stores management team was alerted today on the safe food prep and handling issues - they did listen and the lady was professional and nice, offering to make things right and remake the order. I did kindly refuse as its hard to trust things moving forward after this one - especially for those of us (myself included) who have experienced food poisoning at some point or another and never want to experience such things again.So, if any of you review readers do get sick, if it were me anyway, I'd just visit the hospital, provide a specimen, and file a claim for damages.They're well aware of the issues and it's likely not going to change until it's enforced by the management team, health dept, or until someone gets extremely sick and files for damages... I just hope its not any children that gets sick..Between my call-in complaint and the several reviews from others that have been acknowledged, they shouldn't be permitting food to flow out of the window or over the counter until issues like these are resolved..A two person QC check on outgoing items isn't burdensome or too much to ask for while these issues are present. Not only would it limit poor quality foods from going out, it would also ensure order accuracy - as that has also been a major issue based off reviews and customer complaints.Regardless, wrong orders are one thing - that's stuff that happens regularly I the field and that can be fixed; however, old unsafe food and ripping people off with such food, is a completely different ballgame on its own.
I ordered an all white, two piece meal in the drive through. I was given two dark meat pieces. Despite the mix up, the food was good. Had they gotten my order right, I would have given it five stars.
First time eating here. Very impressive. Loved the take on red beans and rice .chicken seasoned to perfection. Will be a repeat customer
Chicken is on point.. But even if you order 60 bucks worth of it, unless you got tenders.. you can't have a packet of sweet heat sauce unless you pay extra.. talk about taking care of your customers! Good food, slow and bad customer service.
