My daughter loves this place! Even with the line wrapped around the building your wait is never more than 10 minutes. Never had a wrong order and always fresh and delicious. If she had her way she could probably eat here once a day.
Ordered my burgers plain and added my own toppings at home. This resulted in a much less soggy tasting experience, which emphasized the flavor of their patties.
Pal's is my favorite fast food restaurant of all time! Absolutely the best chili dogs and biscuits and gravy ever and they have delicious burgers and breakfast items as well...
I grew up in the tri-cities and had so many fond memories of eating at Pals there, I was delighted to find out they had gotten one in Morristown and Jefferson city. First visit in awhile and as usual they knocked it out of the park. The Frenchie fries are a favorite as well as chipped ham and cheese big pal and the sauce burger. If you haven't tried em you are missing out in a hidden gem if a restaurant chain. Enjoy.
Best fast food service in Morristown. The staff is amazing! Top notch customer service. Fast! All other fast food restaurants in Morristown could learn a lot from them.
