This was our 2nd time at this Olive Garden within 1 month. The 1st was to celebrate our son’s birthday & tonight was my husband & myself. The servers were very friendly & the food was excellent, for the most part. Their cream based soups were watery & tasteless but otherwise, the other foods were good. The reason I gave this establishment a 3* is because both times we’ve been there we felt so rushed! Tonight, Once the servers took our order he brought our drinks, soup & breadsticks. Just as we were enjoying our soup, not 2 minutes later, the appetizer was brought out. Again, in less than 2-3 minutes our meal was brought out & our server asked if we wanted a “to go box” I must’ve looked like a deer in headlights!! I pushed my soup aside, had 1 mozzarella stick & decided I better start my entree before it got cold! By my 2nd taste the server was back, again, asking if we wanted “to go” boxes! I didn’t look at him but I replied, “I’m still eating!” Not 3-4 minutes later, he was back asking about “to go” boxes again!! At this point my food was ice cold & I was so annoyed that we took home our soups, 1/2 of the appetizer & almost our entire meal!! If we wanted fast food we could’ve driven thru somewhere else!!! I will never return to this location!!! EDIT: I read where it said staff wears masks & not 1 of the servers we saw had one on so NO! They do not!!

There was a dead fly in our Chicken Gnocchi soup. We had just got our main entrees and we saw fly so we told the manager and she just took the bowl inside and came back with appetizer off our bill. We paid and left the restaurant because we didn’t want to eat the food after we saw fly in our soup. I am not satisfied that we had to pay for the food and drink that we barely ate. Definitely was not a good experience.

Seating was very slow although there was nobody waiting. Service after seating was also incredibly slow. Then, from the time the soup and salad came, everything speed up and we felt we were being rushed out of the restaurant. The chicken gnocchi soup was heavenly. The bread was oversalted.I ordered fettuccini Alfredo, and about 1/3rd of the noodles were undercooked. The flavor was quite good. They did not skimp on extra cheese.Everyone was friendly, but they kept asking to get us to-go cups and trays when we were still trying to digest in peace.I don't believe we were there longer than a half hour when all this rush started.

Update: I was sick all night and this morning I puked my guts out. What came out was black. Olive Garden was the last thing I ate before going to bed.Sat Apr 8We live in Blaine so we traveled 40-59 minutes to Morristown. When we arrived they asked us to wait so that they could clean a place for us. In the meantime I went to the restroom and came back, my husband was still waiting. A couple arrived and were seated right away. They must have seen the look on my face because they seated us right away. They never asked if we wanted a table or booth either, the hostess (I guess) just placed us at a booth and said she would go get a waiter/ress. We waited about 10 minutes. Finally she came. I ordered Sweet Tea, salad and bread sticks. She left but it took long enough for the sweet tea to arrive. The salad was good and the bread sticks were ok. However, the black olives were dubious. I had the Ziti Al Formo which was tasty but the noodles were not al dente or undercooked but passable. As for my husband's Fettuccine Alfredo, the noodles looked like they were left out awhile before putting sauce on it. The noodles while cooked looked dry in some places, you know when you cook noodles but don't use them right away and they dry up in the pot? Pasta should be tender yet firm to the bite. This was too firm and tough. The waitress was cheerful but fast. So fast that she was practically trying to get us out of here. Which was ridiculous because we had to wait long to order and then after we ordered it took a while to get our food. But after we finished eating? I did not even finish eating the Ziti and she asked if I wanted a box to bring it home and she asked if we wanted to have teas to bring with us. Talk about fast! We were there for about 30 minutes (10 waiting, 10 eating and 10 putting half my meal in a box and paying for it on the machine). We just wanted to relax and enjoy our stay. It was not even closing time and there were still people arriving. Olive Garden was my MIL's favorite restaurant AND the last restaurant she took my husband too before she died. So he was kind of nostalgic. He was not impressed at all. It's too bad about the service, maybe the waitress was new but this was ridiculous.Olive Garden has the same parent company as Cheddars. We have gotten good food and service there. So why not here? We are not coming back. Instead we are going to try Fazolis instead. We were definitely not impressed with Olive Garden.

Amazing food and staff! Always worth the wait to eat here! Curbside is also very timely, which is a big plus in my book!

I ordered the toasted cheese as an appetizer. It has been change to meat filled rather than cheese filled. It was my bad for not reading the menu. Had no clue I was gonna bite into meat. IMO it's not good like the cheese. My main course was very good. I ordered Very lite sauce and it was more than I wanted. Scraped it off and went on with my meal.

The food was good and plentiful. And I have to say Kara our server was fantastic. She made it a wonderful experience and the food made it even better. What a great night

Ordered calamari and it was underdone and chewy. Couldn't eat more than a bite or two. After complaining, still had the calamari on my bill. Wife and I both got food poisoning. Also, I ordered lasagna and it was obviously microwaved. Only way it would get crispy along all 4 edges and the plate was too hot to even touch.

I have been to a LOT of places, and ate a LOT of food, with some good and bad service. With that in mind, the food was great, but, the best part was our server, Brianna. She was a PURE HEAVENSENT SERVER! She was attentive, courteous, professional and very, very timely! Drink was always refilled, food was right, attitude was TREMENDOUS. She was the Best part of our visit. We will gladly come back and will ALWAYS ask for her!!! If I could give her 6 stars, I would. Hands. Down!

First time at this location, our waitress Mary was friendlier than most. The food came out promptly, the salad and breadsticks were fresh and lasagna was delicious.I was very satisfied with this lunch.
