I ordered a rib/chicken tender combo and broccoli on side. The broccoli was good and that was all that was even eatable! Ribs were the worst by being dry and over cooked to the maximum. The chicken was so horrible and dried out that even my son couldn't eat them (no flavor)and disgusting! They even managed to pass off something that was supposed to be potato soup on me that has always been good but it was inedible as well. I have bragged about my experiences at o'charlys for 20 years now but I found out last night that they have fallen very far. I will never trust to eat there again not when I spent $29+tip for garbage!!
only giving a star because it won’t let me not leave any! Food was great! Drinks were great! Service was the worse I’ve ever experienced. I’ve been in the service industry for 7 years and know things happen but disrespect towards a guest is beyond uncalled for. Our server , Angie gave us constant attitude for no reason. I’m not sure if she was judging our table or what the issue was but I’ve never had such an awful time at a restaurant. We had to ask for refills once we got our food she never came back to our table. We didn’t even see her around the restaurant at all. When we did it was coming from the bathroom more than once. She messed our checks up 4 time and wouldn’t listen to us when trying to explain what the issue was. I had to leave and asked if she would take my card and she refused until everyone else paid those that paid with cash she didn’t even bring them their change. Horrible service. Horrible time. I refuse to come back with her as my server.

Service and food were really good.
Went in last night and asked the two young ladies at the host stand what wait time would be for two people, one of the girls replied 30-40 minutes extremely snarky, but that's not what upset me the most. I turned my head to see what my husband wanted to do and she shouted "Have a nice night!"First off, I didn't even get the chance to tell her no thank you before she mouthed off and Second that was extremely rude of her. I know y'all were probably busy and understaffed but customer service is still necessary as well.

Everytime iv been to ocharleys has been great except this time. Our waitress was not good at all. Acted like she was made to be there. Mac n cheese was not good. It was one big cluster of noodles stuck together like it had sat for days. Chicken tenders were double dipped in grease and fries were not cooked enough. Is it under new management? I probably won't be back.
Excellent atmosphere. Great friendly staff. Potato soup not that good but other foods was great with big portions.
O'charley's has lost me as a Customer my food I ordered wasn't good at all. The club Sandwich I had the bread was hard as rock. O'charley's has gone down hill fast and I won't be back there ever again
