The first time I went when it first opened and I was not impressed. The experience felt cheap and underwhelming and the Pulled pork Mac and Cheese was too salty. I gave it a second chance, and this time although service was slow the food was delicious! They really redeemed themselves for me today and I will be returning. The Insidious Italian and the Diablo fries were to die for. My main complaint today was the fact that you pay for your sides separately, and the food took longer than expected. I think it is a great place for the family.

Decided to try this place out because our family had coupons. Unfortunately, it ended up snowing like crazy and they had a vast amount of call ins. However, the food and the staff were exceptional. They were so kind and they worked their tails to the bone. The food was delicious. The shakes were yummy. Regardless of the wait due to the shortage of staff it was beyond worth it. You know this place is rockin’ with a full staff. Amazing service. Thank you guys!

We’ve been here a few times. The first time they didn’t have any salad bar. The second time they did and had lots of options. This time, they had salad bar, but only a few things on it. I liked the pasta salad and potato salad options. I wish they would come back. The wolf man Mac was good. You’ll have to ask for more BBQ because it’s dry. It was also cold and seemed old. The onion rings and vampire shake was delicious! The seafood Mac is very good too. Overall, cool place.

Excited to come with my family here. Really cool experience and great shakes. Service was exceptional and very reasonably priced. Debra our waiter provided great service and made us feel very welcome. We'll worth the trip from Pigeion Forge.

Keep in mind, some of the pictures were taken after I decided whether they were worth taking pictures of.In other words the fries have already been half eaten. When they’re served to you there’ll be a larger quantity there. Also, the chili we ordered on the side. The burger I believe they called Insidious, and it was served with a large slice of pepperoni, a whole smashed cheese stick, and smothered in marinara. Not my typical pick for a burger, but the waitress highly recommended it. I still don’t think it would be my first pick for a burger, but I’m glad I tried it.They have a bunch of different combinations and flavors on the menu. They have an interesting theme for the restaurant. If you’re a fan of horror movies or Halloween, then I absolutely recommend going inside and dining in. If Halloween or horror movies are not your cup of tea, I still recommend looking over the menu and ordering one of their unique offerings for yourself. If you like chocolate, I highly recommend their chocolate shake. I can’t remember the name of it, only the price. At the time of this review the shake was right around $10.From what I understand the owners are local to the area and this is one of two restaurants they had. If you’ve never been before, I’d encourage you take a trip and check them out for yourself.

The food was decent to me but my husband loved what he got. As a horror fan, I loved the atmosphere and was excited. We came here for the first time ever to celebrate my husband's birthday. Our server, sadly, was not very attentive. She never asked if we wanted refills, etc. When it came time to order dessert, we picked an item, but a couple minutes later the waiter informed us they were out. No big deal, we just picked a different flavor shake... a couple minutes later another woman came to tell us they were out of that along with several other dessert items. When we finally picked an item in stock, it took 20ish minutes of waiting. Our server started back towards us, I guess realizing she forgot our shake, and then came to tell us they were getting it started now. We recieved in about 1 minute after that... decent food but probably wouldn't be my first option to eat here again.

Cooked burgers is my preference. Absolutely gross. They gave me half off of the burger. Highly disappointed. Figured a good burger joint would know how to cook a burger. I have always loved burgers but after this experience I am second guessing my burger life. Ugh. So gross. My wife’s was not any better.

As a first time customer, I really enjoyed this place. The ambiance was spooky and fun. The wait staff were friendly and helpful. And the FOOD! The food was wonderful. I'm not a huge fan of burgers but mine was amazing. And be sure to get one of their shakes too!

Stopped in for lunch for the first time since they opened and it was a great disappointment.First I will start with the service. We were a party of 2 and there was about 4 other tables occupied and that’s it. We stood at the door waiting to be addressed. Once seated we waited about 10-15 minutes to get our drink order and then finally food was ordered.About the food……1 of us ordered the Myers BBQ and Blue for $8.99 no fries or drink with this order and the other ordered the Monster Smash $9.99 + $4.99 for fries and a drink, so $14.98. This is way….. over priced. The burgers are not…. I repeat not huge. See picture of burger next to sauce cup. The most disappointing thing is they had no flavor at all, neither one did. They also put this “toxic sauce” on all there burgers and it is bright green in color so it made it very unappetizing. The fries were good but not there normal ones as they serve waffle fries and today was shoestring. The waitress advised us of that. I also noticed the salad bar as I am a big salad eater and it wasn’t great looking. It says there are over 30 items on the bar, but far from it. I did not even see lettuce. Just something I wanted to mention. Our waitress was nice but very slow and seemed very frustrated.I definitely will not be back. I should have read the other reviews first.

Very friendly. Unique experience. Good food. Messy. Burger a little dry. No Pico in chip dip but good anyways. Would definitely come again.
