06/15/22 The food was good, I had two cheese enchiladas and Mexican rice. Service is always fantastic.
Classic Mexican restaurant. It was almost full when we arrived and filled up shortly after. It's clear they're understaffed like most businesses in the area, but they handled it extremely well. They set expectations about when they'd be back to take your order. Most places don't do that. The food was good, maybe not exceptional but they get 5 stars for the service.
I've been going to Mexico Lindo since they opened up maybe around 1995. Always friendly staff, good food, and good prices. I've probably eat here at least once a week for the last 27 years, that tells you what I think about it.
Pros: very best Mexican joint in towncon: you are going to need a nap!

Wow! Delicious food and menu! The mild salsa is amazing but for my taste I like it a little hotter, but it was easily solved by mixing some of their hot sauce with it. Fantastic!
The nacho beef salad is the best in town! Always low prices and friendly staff.
