on way to work stopped at alpha McDonald's, and I'm definitely not loving it...first fry soggy, second fry so hard I couldn't even bite it. crispy chicken sandwich deluxe taste like it's been in the steamer all day...lady at window open finished her Convo before taking my card but she did smile and was polite, no receipt, lady at second window appeared to not even under stand me and there was no acknowledgement what so ever...smh I'm at work no time to go back .this was my dinner this evening. befite a ten or 12 hour shift, hope you all have a blessed evening
This has got to be one of the WORST McDonald's I have EVER been to. 98% of the time they don't get your order right. You can stand at the counter for over 15 minutes and not even be acknowledged or helped. The food comes out cold, fries especially. The managers and staff will look right at you and ignore you! Drive thru is even WORSE! And they are too lazy to update their hours on their doors.
Left at the speaker for over 5 minutes just for an employee to come on, sounding like they could care less about nothing going in, saying it’s cash only. A week ago, I was pulled up for 2 sodas and then sat outside for 15 minutes before I had to go inside to get the drinks. At this point, managers obviously don’t hold their store to any standard, and McDonald’s corporate doesn’t care as long as they are making money.
You all need more staff on night shift. Did a mobile order and sat from 11:17 to 11:47 until I just decided to go inside. Went in saw 2 people but I was still annoyed I hadn’t gotten any food and when I called before I went in there was no answer (I called 3 times). The man working window stated I was waiting because there was only 2 people yet several cars pulled up and left window in much shorter time. All I ordered was a 20 piece and a fry. He gave me a free drink as apology for waiting and I feel bad I know he’s probably agitated due to the stress you all put on him and the cook that was with him. You all need to fix your staff and close early before keeping your store open 24/7.
McDonald's is convenient and fast. We love to get something fast fro here when we are on the go. But at lunchtime it is very packed. It seems like a lot of people like to come here to eat .
Food is standard McDonald's quality, nothing surprising there, however, the speed of service is abysmally slow. Just sitting behind two people in the drive thru who ordered a few things takes 30 minutes minimum.
Always check your bag before driving off. I did not receive the correct order and they over charged me. I spoke to a manager and this was corrected for me.
Could've been a five star, but the fries were too salty and they also forgot napkins as there was five of us eating at 11pm on the road to get home.
I normally don’t go to this location but I had taken my daughter by the mall one evening and afterward she asked for McDonald’s. BIG MISTAKE!! There was a girl in the lobby who apparently had gotten fired and wasn’t supposed to be on the premiss but because it was night shift and her young teenage friends were working she came in they gave her tons of free food as she stood in front of the cash registers and talked super loudly to her friends who were working and both her and the workers had very bad language lots of profanity that I didn’t want my 5 year old hearing !! At that point we were waiting on food or we would have just walked out due to the bad language. Then when I did get our order it was wrong on 3 different parts. Just a mess. I will not be back at this location. It seemed like a bunch of young kids who were too busy worrying about their friends and looking cool than actually doing their job. This place needs cleaned up!
I ordered thru the computer. I took a number, went to the table and waited on it to be delivered. I still had to get up and get it. I had to ask for cups, lids, straws and ketchup and even the sweet tea. They employees were standing around, using fowl language. This place is a joke.
