My father has cancer and he couldn't get anyone there to even take his order. We both stood in the lobby for more than 15 minutes until I had to forcefully suggest they do their jobs.
These people need to learn how to RESPECT their customers and treat them like a human being, accuracy of food making. They have lost every bit of my family’s business. They are ridiculous
My burger was not cooked and they handed me a bag drenched in grease with a hole in the bottom.
I waited 20 mins in my truck for 2 Mcdoubles and 2 McChickens in the drive thru had to walk inside to ask about my order they had no clue about my food or me waiting for anything then I got to wait another 15 mins for them to make my food only to be offered an apple pie as an apology will not be back to this location horrible service
Breakfast in the morning is great, employees are very attentive and polite. Not the same story on evenings or nights. Attitude is poor and so is food and service. Waits are usually long as well.
I mainly go in the morning and all of the morning staff, except one or two, are really nice and I get my food pretty quickly. I can't say much about any other time of the day though this review is just mornings
Every morning I stop on the way to work for a frappe and every morning the drink isn't full like it should be or it's really runny etc. This is the worst McDonald's ever. I've filed complaints and it never gets better
I highly doubt anyone that’s in charge checks this, and if you do I highly doubt you care…. BUT if by MIRACLE you do….. YOUR WEEKEND STAFF IS SUCK$, like really bad!! On a scale from 1 to an industrial strength scum-sucker, they passed that sum-sucker eons ago?…. I paid $3.94 for a chocolate milkshake…. That little girl tried to hand me a large cup of liquid tar! That poor girl had put so much syrup in it that it was almost black… And literally jiggled like the mud puddle did on Jurassic Park when the T-Rex was about to bust in and start eating people?…. When I asked her “??What in The Good Lord’s name is that”, she replied, “oh that’s your milkshake, that’s how our milkshakes always look”??… “No hunny, it’s not??♀️…. I’ll take my money back on that cup of tar”…. Don’t even get me started on the Quarter Pounder of Onions & Ketchup with a small side of beef! The only reason, and I do mean ONLY, I keep coming back to y’all is because I’m having a love-affair with your Caramel Frappes??♀️, and I freaking hate myself for it?? because I desperately want to put the entire McDonald’s world on block??♀️! Can y’all please, please go ahead and destroy my Frappe so I can quit throwing my money away, PLEASE?!?!?
Every single time I come to this McDonald’s, I end up having to get something fixed. They either forget food or mess up the order, never fails. I also literally never get sauce for my children’s meals. Why ask what kind of sauce we want if you aren’t going to put any in the bag anyway?
Every McDonald's I go to always gets something on my order wrong, or they leave out something. I know they're busy but it gets kinda old after awhile.
