I never understand why this place always has such a massive wait time. The decor is nice, but makes the place feel dark and cramped. The menu is very small and expensive. Mind you the food was good, but I feel like there are better options in town that would be more family friendly and more cost effective. Our waitress was fine.I think that pretty much sums up this place. It's just, fine. Meh.

My Wife ordered Steak and Lobster ? tail and I ordered a Ribeye Steak, when we got our food it looked amazing. It was anything but amazing, it was like chewing rubber or bubble gum,, I couldn't eat anything except my Salad and my baked Potato was hard like it wasn't cooked. I paid $70.00 plus for our meals and I will never go back, I hope they close their doors and never open any Restaurant's ever again. WHAT A TOTAL RIPOFF. 0 STARS FROM ME.

This was my first time going..I ordered a 9 piece chicken tender with fries (didn't take the other side),and a sweet tea. The food was good. But got to looking at my bank account(paid with my card) and I was charged $29 for my meal?! My receipt was for the amount of $18.20. Now that's a little higher for 9 pieces of chicken tenders. I left $5 cash tip on the table, which was over the %20 according to the receipt. Instead someone decided they needed a $10.80+$5.00 tip (almost as much as my meal).Probably won't be back if I have to stress over using my card. If I do it will definitely be cash only.

Our food was prepared perfectly and was very good. The service was even better. We went for lunch and were seated immediately, and didn't have to wait too long for our meals to be brought out. We got our soup and salad starters right away. The waitress brought out an ice cream sundae since we were there for my birthday, and they had gone to the extra trouble of writing "happy birthday" in chocolate and caramel syrup on the plate it was brought out on. I highly recommend LongHorn for great food and even better service.

My family and I were going to eat here for my grandfather’s birthday party. He chose it cause it’s one of his favorite restaurants. When we got there, there wasn’t a wait list and the whole place was almost completely empty. They made us wait over and hour, seating others who had just got there with around the same size group. We decided to leave cause it was just utterly ridiculous. Wish I could give a 0 star rating, all we wanted to do was celebrate my grandfather’s birthday ?

There was two in our party. I had the cowboy pork chops with brussel sprouts, loaded baked potato, and salad. He had the fried shrimp, baked potato, broccoli, and salad. The service was great! There was a thirty-five minute wait to be seated. The food was hot and delicious.

Always an excellent experience. Wait times are long but understood because they have good service and the food is always as ordered and delicious. Never had a bad experience here. WAYYY better than Texas Roadhouse. Terrible experiences there.

Ordered a Chopped Steak and forgot to ask for it to be plain. I expressed my mistake and staff kindly took steak back scraped all the stuff off and brought it back. I asked for no charring....it was charred on both sides.I don't get upset if waiter/waitress is really not attentive due to lack of staff. They were all working hard to give the customers a nice meal. My complaint is that I felt my waiter was trying to push me to finish and leave. But I left him a good tip anyway.

A few years ago, my wife and I stopped going to Longhorn Steakhouse as we had a couple of...questionable visits. Today, she decided she wanted to try it again. I was reluctant but complied. I can't say enough good things about the experience! First of all, our server Landon may have been the best server I have ever had the privilege of meeting! He was polite, friendly, fun, he honestly just made my day into better day! I don't know who actually cooked the food but my New York Strip was one of the best steaks I have ever eaten. My wife's food was excellent as well. We tried each other's food and it was all just perfect! All of my rambling boils down to this. Landon and he person or persons who cooked our food are the reasons that we will be returning customers!

Usually everything is great. Tonight was a bit different. I get a full rack when I order ribs. The server came back out after we ordered and said they were only selling half racks since they were running low. It is only $4 more for a full rack and I usually take it home for an extra snack or meal.I decided to just eat a side salad and finish off our appetizer. The wife ordered a small sirloin and shrimp skewers. The steak was cooked perfectly but her shrimp and rice came out cold. We had to ask them to take it back and warm it up.They cooked her new shrimp and rice, which was very nice of them. The server also said the manager was not going to charge my wife for her meal. I guess they felt bad between this and my ribs. I told them that was not necessary but she insisted. The meal might not have been as good as we hoped for but they went out of their way to make it right. This is why I am still giving them a 5. Many places would not have done this for a customer. I have to give them great marks for the way they handled the situation.
