Was very rude. We order 4. pick 5's. They did have the order right but charged the other have regular. When I went to the window. He didn't let me finish explaining what was wrong just shut the window in my face. Shorted us 2 item and the manager still had attitude with me .and No apologies or nothing at all. Also we asked for a Chilli in a bowl. He comment they haven't had Chilli in years even though they is a sign on the building.
I've ate Krystals since I was 4 or 5 years old(almost 40 years) and they are better than the other (square burger) place. I love the 4 Krystal burgers with cheese only fries and tea. That's what I get 90% of the time. Have since I was little.
I love the way you eat a Krystal and then u chew your Krystal cud the rest of the night. That's bang for the buck.
I just got 24 cheese Krystal, corn pup, chili cheese pup and chicks bread was hard , and it tasted like it was in mop water with corn pup and Krystal tasted like it had been laying in back up sewer. It was nasty. The chili cheese pup chili was old. I paid 50$ i should have drove off when he told me that. I could eat at a better place for that.
Food is as expected but the frys are always excellent. Service was impressive and very helpful.
Bought the 24 pack of Krystal's and they were absolutely cold and in barely cooked. Returned them and the manager argued with me that she had personally cooked them. Ultimately got our money back as I didn't want a mad manager to remake my order.
Always a good time when you get these little gems. Very friendly staff and wait time was minimal. Excellent location to stop at.
So apparently it takes 27 minutes to make 8 pieces of chicken tenders and 2 fries. This place is a joke. Get my food wrong every time I go there. How hard is it to read a screen with the order. Instead of standing around chatting up a storm with coworkers outside of the window or sitting there Snapchatting everyone on the planet. How about you make the food like you're supposed to be.
