The food was cold and nasty. Waited at the drive thru for 20+ minutes. Never was asked how I wanted my chicken and they gave me original which would have been fine but it seemed old. The food was very bland. The Mac n cheese was over cooked and mushy. The mashed potatoes didn't have any taste. I literally gagged trying to eat the chicken.
We bought the 8 piece bucket meal today. With 2 drinks it was over $30. When we got to where we were eating, I was shocked when I saw the chicken. At first I thought they had not given us 8 pieces because the chicken only took up about a quarter of the bucket. Well there was 8 pieces in it… that is if you call some tiny pieces of I’m not sure what part as a piece. There were no breasts . 2 of the legs were so small that looked like wing drumettes. I mean it was seriously bad. If we hadn’t been so far away I would have marched it back and demanded a refund. In all honesty if I’d paid 10.00 for it I would have felt I had been cheated… but 30? It was criminal. I hate that we do have a decent KFC because I love their food. Unless you like pouring money down the drain, I’d unfortunately avoid this store.
Went for lunch, got my order which was wrong had too wait at the drive-thru because he was having a conversation with someone which was not food related but personal and was disappointed because my order was wrong and was unable too eat it, I believe I the person taking my order paid more attention to what I was ordering and not his personal business my take order would have been right
As soon as I pulled up to the speaker to order the lady said "Order when you're ready" hatefully. I ordered a very simple combo before I could even finish saying what meal number I wanted she cut me off rudely saying "What to drink?" Like why the rush? 1) There were no cars ahead of or behind me. And 2) I am not one of those people who take forever to order. Well get to the window, get my order and leave. Turns out my order was wrong, of course. Chicken was obviously old and dried out. Biscuit was hard. With that being said...why even call to say my order was wrong or go back? This location used to be fantastic. The past few months the quality of the food has sucked and seems to get worse every single visit. I'm sure they have had staffing changes. The newer employees attitudes leave a lot to be desired. Don't make your customers feel like they are bothering you simply because they pulled up to order. Or if you hate your job that bad...just go find a new one. I definitely won't be go back to that particular location for awhile. I really don't see how they can stay open between the employee's attitudes and the food quality.
Wings are breaded. Ours came out black and bloody. Wings are typically fried already, no need to add breading. The one thing we thought was safe (food allergies and sugar issues) was absolutely awful and disgusting. Never again!!
9pm is not the best time for kfc biscuits was hard as a rock. chicken and mashed potatoes were cold as was the fries and gravy worse I've ever had
Disgusting chicken and the biscuits were hard as a rock. The only thing edible was the mashed potatoes/gravy and macaroni. Absolutely the most disgusting meal I have ever received from an establishment.
This place isn't run very well at all. In the past week I've gone to get an order and twice I had to wait 15 mins after ordering ahead. And once they were out of chicken ! At 6pm! Like why are you open if you don't have chicken?? Lol
Slowest service I have ever had. Took 40 mins to get a 8 PC meal another lady was there for over a hour on a call in order.
The wings took a long time to cook and I wasn't kept apprised of the additional time it was taking. The quality for the price was decent, but I don't think I want more any time soon. Nothing against the wings, it's just a bit too much bread for my liking.
