I was somewhat disappointed in iHop this time! The restaurant was nice and clean with a good parking lot and easy to park and get in and out of it and the restaurant and parking lot. The works was great, they was all super nice! The woman that waited our table was also great. But we paid almost $50 dollars for our food and it was just not that good, and there was not much of it!! So as much as I love iHop this will be my last time eating here. I don’t recommend this restaurant at all. I give the food a one star and everything else a 3 star.The only good thing that come out of eating here was our dessert was okay I took pictures you can see.
The food was awful, even told our waitress and my husbands food came with avocado but only got a couple slices so he got more and the salsa that was supposed to come with it well they charged him which we asked the waitress why we getting charged she couldn't answer and the food was not good chicken was way way over cooked and she could careless and went and talked about us which I could c her do and read her lips and the other waiter kept looking at us, so I will not be back. The one in baileyton is way better at least they will take care of it if it's not right.
I enjoy ihop but today the over easy eggs had too much h runny egg white not cooked. Server was a gem, she got a 40% tip for being excellent.
Great place to eat, me an my daughter came in tonight for her bday an Kelly couch was our waitress , she was very nice , got our orders out in a timely manner , we got refills without asking an our food was hot an fresh. We will be back an thank you Kelly for a job well done.
Great food our waitress was great
Server was very sweet, polite and helpful. Food was great (bacon could have been a touch more crispy). All you can eat pancakes was going on so I was very happy and full when I left.
Most of the time the place is great..tonight not so much. Obviously had 2 new servers w one possible manager trying to help. Ask for salads. Ask for dipping sauce multiple times. Wrong kind of chicken delivered. I was disappointed. Tipped server anyway, that was on management for poor training and throwing new ones to 10 tables. She could not handle it. I was in service industry for 15 yrs. I understand how hard it is to get people to work. I gave her so many chances and was being nice til the end and had to ask for ranch 3 times to go..should have came with my meal. I hope she makes it.
Very disappointed with the BUILD YOUR OWN OMELETE that I received yesterday. However, waitress was very good and food was fast. The eggs were overcooked and in a thin layer like a tortilla. It was rolled up.It looked like a Burrito. I added fresh diced tomatoes, cheese, ham and mushrooms. Very small amounts were used and the tomatoes were not cooked, just poured over the top like a garnish. I was looking forward to a nice. Fluffy omelet like I have gotten in the past.
Bad service, poor management
Food was served quickly, was hot tasted great. The waitress was friendly and efficient.
