Normally I would give a higher score for Howie's but I just couldn't this time. The chef salad we ordered was full of rotten pieces of lettuce. (See pic below).This lettuce was brown and shriveled. Some even felt a bit slimey. I'm very disappointed with my order.I'm not sure I would feel comfortable ordering again.
I ordered a pizza and two salads for my and my children for dinner. The driver arrived with the salads, but no pizza. He said he forgot the pizza and went to go get it. After 30 more minutes the driver came back with the pizza he forgot. So I got my pizza cold. They didn't even remake it before coming back. And items were missing from my salad. I'm so frustrated they brought me cold pizza after originally forgetting it. Why do I have to suffer because of their mistake? I tipped, too. I will no longer be ordering from this location. They constantly mess up. This isn't the first time they've forgotten to deliver a pizza I ordered. Truly disappointed.
Ordered a pizza when it got here it looked like it was smashed I called they said they would remake it and would be here in 45 minutes after over an hour still no pizza I called back the manager was completely rude and told me that if I could find him people that would work then he could get orders out on time I’m sorry you have that problem like many other places do that’s not my fault or worry to deal with that I am ur customer I had children waiting on food I will never go back I have never been spoken to like that when I was not the one in the wrong
Spent almost 75.00 for under and over cooked food they was suppose to replace whole order. Now its we can give you 20%. Nawl im good just a waste of hard earned money for something the family couldn't eat. Never going back. They cant even fix what they messed up
Pizza is ALWAYS great! My complaint is the rude little girl behind the counter. If your going to be in customer service, learn the smile and be nice!
Tried for first time this week. Delivery was on time, but that's about it. The pizza was over cooked. Ordered extra well done wings. They were way under done to the point I was afraid to eat them. $40 wasted
We ordered ahead for pick up. The pizza was done on time,fresh and hot.
I personally don't care for the pizza but my son loves it. So give it a try and decide for yourself!
I love their pizza and my little girl can't get enough of their chicken! The salad is to die for! Love it.. and the rewards system on the app is very cool.
