It wasn't busy at all we waited 30+ minutes for our food, all because they don't have their freezer organized. The lady at the window did give us free pies for the wait. The food was alright, I don't recommend going here if you are in a hurry. To make it worse there was only one person in front of us and the parking lot only had two or three cars there as well so they weren't busy at all.

I went through the drive thru at 6:30 this morning. I ordered a Bacon Beast burrito but to substitute the bacon for sausage. I know this location can do it because they have done it twice for me in the past. Today the guy on the speaker said that they couldn't do it, I said I've had it done twice before and that it was an upcharge and I was okay with paying the upcharge. The guy on the speaker then said "whatever" and another employee then finished my order. When I proceeded to the window the guy then came to the window and told me in an angry tone that they could not do that due to inventory and corporate would fire him if he did it again. I advised that it had been done twice before and they should have told me that the first time and I wouldn't have ordered it two more times. As the guy walked away he said under his breath for me to not come back. I've never caused any issues and have always been understanding at this hardees, it was my favorite. Now after the way I was treated by this guy I won't be back. I found out from another employee that he was the manager. His name is Steven H.
I went thru thr drive thru and ordered a hardrees famous star burger and a "New Bacon Beast Double Cheeseburger" when I got home a had 2 plain double cheeseburgers.....just 2 burgers with hamburger patties and cheese......no bacon, no tomato, no onion.....nothing!!!! Not happy about all with the team on staff there this Fternoon March 5 2022!!
I really like Hardees food, but I can never get my food the way I order it. I mean the order takers are nice and the food is fresh it's just made wrong. Only ketchup and pickles, I either get only ketchup or made normal. Western burger no bacon or bacon on the side of my husband is with me so he can eat it, but it's always on the sandwich. I guess I just have really bad luck at Hardee's.
They have never messed up a single order of mine, and have always provided great food. Highly recommend.
Ordered big hot ham and cheese today. After waiting 8 minutes finally got meal. Opened wrapper and only saw a bun. I took off the top bun, which was cold, and saw 2 thin slices of ham and 1 un-melted, cold piece of cheese. The bun was 4 times the size of any meat. I showed the employee at the counter and she saud that's the sandwich now.. WHAT?? What has happened at Hardee's. The big hot ham and cheese is now tiny and cold ugly disgusting sandwich. Waste of any amount of money. Just ridiculous.
The staff has been rude several times but the food is always good. But check the bag before you leave! Don't get all the way home and find they left things out like me.

Terrible service. The manager got mouthy with me bc i asked how much longer my chicken bites would be after waiting 15 minutes in my car for them. I was told everyone behind me ordered the chicken too, so i apparently had to wait not anyone else. I will never be back and will tell literally anyone who will listen to me about this. She was rude, unprofessional, and mouthy. Good luck getting repeat customers like that.
