I am a big fan of Freddy's. I have found the food is consistent no matter what location/State you go to. Steak burgers are excellent. I love the fries and onion rings and fry sauce is so good. But I must say by far I love the hot dogs. The hot dogs are a good quality full of flavor including the buns. The best way to order it is with mustard and onions YUM!! The employees are always nice and they are super nice to my dog too!!

Place was amazing, scenery was great, only bad thing was 3 out of the 4 of us had raw burger meat, was very pink. Manager apologized and gave us 4 free meal combos and paid for are custards and ice creams. Definitely not how it was when I first came. Employees just kind of sat around and talked and were just rambling on while they made out custards, took forever to get them. My key lime custard wasn't mixed well enough, just tasted like vanilla till I got to the very bottom. But other than that place was great and the manager did everything he could to make things right.

Freddy's was one of the best places my dad and I found after moving to Tennessee from California. They have now turned into one of the worst. They either over cook their burgers or undercook them. There is no medium. I was told by a manager exactly how to order my burger the way I like it and they never get it right and give us attitude when we ask them to fix it. More importantly they do not know how to read their screens correctly. The cashier rang our order up correctly but the kitchen made it incorrectly.Great staff for the most part, great managers. Terrible cooks who don't know what they are doing. I will sadly never be going back even for their custard.

Food is usually good here. It used to be a five star experience, but they've been messing up orders frequently during the last two months. Fries were terrible during my last visit. They tasted stale. Hope the food quality and customer service gets back to what it was in the past.

Not having had a chance to try out the Freddy's since it opened in Morristown, my wife and I decided to give it a shot on Friday 4-22-22. Immediately noticed it wasn't very busy to be a Friday afternoon which I thought was odd. As we approached the counter, we noticed the floor was sticky on our shoes. We went to the counter and the girl taking our order appearently had other things on her mind rather than work and the personality to match. We placed our order after having to ask too many times for the cashier to speak up loud enough to hear her.Once we placed our order, we tracked over the even sticker part of the floor to get our drinks. There was a employee mopping a section of the floor and hadn't put out wet floor signs and I almost lost my footing (at least he was mopping). The drink machine and ice tea dispensers needed to be wiped off considerably. As we walked towards the multiple open tables towards the front, it then became a game of which one was the least dirty to sit at. Once we found one to sit down at, just looking around the general area, the general grime and filth was obvious. Again, it's not very busy in here. Taking into consideration that they may have had a large lunch crowd, no one was dealing with the filth other than the mop guy. The floors were filthy, a nearby booth had what looked to be some type of sticky/greasy substance on the side of the seat, the bottoms of the standing tables looked like they have never been cleaned, and the discarded fries and garbage on the floor next to the trash can spoke volumes about the cleanliness here. The food wasn't bad. It was edible, but not impressive enough to compliment, thin burgers put together poorly and a bit too salty for my taste. The overall appearence, atmosphere, and filth will pretty much guarantee we won't visit again anytime soon. It's a shame, because it hasn't even been there very long.

Nice restaurant and staff. Food is always fresh and good.

My family enjoys eating here whenever we can. It is a bit pricey, but not too bad considering what you get in return. French frys and burgers are fantastic, hot dogs are yummy, and their chocolate shake is my favorite! I definitely recommend stopping by and giving them a try. Unless your on a diet!? Also, even when things are busy, they keep the lines moving pretty quickly for such delicious food. I've had nothing but good experiences here several times over.

Food was good and I appreciated the compensation but we waited in line for 20 minutes at the order speaker in line. We were told to hold for a few. I ended up calling asking why the wait was so long… does anyone watch the cameras?

I’ve been living in the states for about 6 years now. I may have an accent but, people can understand me. Today after having a long day I pulled it into their drive thru and asked for a grilled chicken sandwich and the guy was super rude. He asked me 4 time what I wanted and he acted like he didn’t understand me. You can always understand the English with an accent if you want to. I just drove off after that because It was very offending. Never going back there again. However, they’ve got the best burger. Can’t deny that.

Sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes paid $17 for three shakes and wasn’t what we ordered the manager Jamie didn’t want to help.. no milkshake straws and didn’t even offer a straw period! Ordered a brownie delight Sunday and got a milkshake, ordered a strawberry cheesecake milkshake and got vanilla.. no whip cream or cherries.. do better, won’t be back
