Very friendly and very very good food you get a lot for a little money!
We stopped by for early dinner and had a very nice experience eating inside. Clean, service was great and timely, and food was prepared well and tasted great. Will go back!
It was an interesting cross between a fast food and a sit-down restaurant. You ordered like a fast food restaurant, and then you sat down and they delivered it to you. They had real plates and real tableware not paper and plastic. But when the menu says spicy you need to believe them. Service was up and down. We definitely had enough to take home.
My experience was absolutely wonderful as far as the staff and the bread sticks go. Only three stars because the food is so salty. It is not just this Fazoli's, the food has been salty at every Fazoli's I have ever been.
Great food and service, employee Matt is very helpful and respectful. If only they serve unlimited soup and salad they would take business away from the big restaurants (olive garden). Try the cheese cake. You won't regret.
I went through the drive thru and ordered a baked family meal with a pepperoni pizza. After I paid for the pizza and pulled forward, because there was a line and I had waited 30 minutes to order, a manager (I assume) came out to the car and told me that they didn’t have pepperoni pizza and asked whether I wanted to wait another 15 minutes or just get pepperoni breadsticks. I elected to get the breadsticks and the manager (?) asked what type of cheesecake we wanted. 18 minutes later (I was watching the clock) a young man brought an order to my car. I thanked him and pulled away. When we looked in the bags as we were pulling away we discovered there was no breadsticks or cheesecake. I don’t mind the no cheesecake, but we missing 16 breadsticks seems off. I went back into the store and informed the person behind the counter and they did get me the 16 breadsticks and got me two pieces of cheesecake, but the manager (?) was no where to be seen. Now even after this I wasn’t upset until I got home. Nothing was warm, or hood. The pizza breadsticks had pepperoni that hadn’t been touched by heat, the marinara sauce had meat, the pasta was rubber…it was horrible. Long waits shouldn’t be rewarded with terrible food.So someone asks me to reach out, I do reach out. I reach out the same day that it is requested. And now, a week later, no contact. Makes me very much doubt the sincerit.
Was super excited to find a Fazolis! It did not disappoint! Always great and still very affordable.
Store was very clean. Felt very welcome when I first walked inside front end ordering station customer service was outstanding. Food was excellent not overpriced great for low budget. They have a great store manager. She was very knowledgeable on everything and was very helpful while our visit was here.
The food was great! It was cooked fresh. It was hot. We waited quite awhile on it, and I don't mind to do that as long as the food is fresh and hot. The biggest problem was the service was very slow. We waited at the front counter for a very long time before our order was ever taken. There was only one lady working taking orders, and two others there handing out breadsticks, and delivering orders, along with the lady that was taking orders would stop and deliver orders out into the dining room.
