Love my dunkin, but so far, over half the time I order the exact same coffee(I order the same coffee, daily) it is brown when it should be a light, cream color & it tastes like it is old or something. I'm not for sure what they're messing up on the coffee, but it's literally making me sick to my stomach. I cannot even finish my coffee when it's made this way. It taste so bitter and just old like. Idk if it's because they're not cleaning the coffee pots, letting the coffee sit there too long or if they're using old creamer/creamer that's been sitting out or what. But I'm really tired of getting a coffee only to have to throw it out after a few sips. I've noticed every time I redeem my free coffee on the app, it is made terribly. From now on, if my coffee looks like this weird brown color it is now, I'll assume it's old and just ask for a refundd. The staff is nice, usually, but the quality of the product is awful. I stopped ordering doughnuts because they're always old and stale lol.

It seems l8ke the people at this particular site are unhappy with their jobs. The place could've been a lot cleaner.... and the people could've been a little friendlier.I ordered a sausage egg and cheese croissant, and it took quite a while to get, and the cheese was ice cold on it.Like I said, they didn't seem to be happy with their job

The cashier was the best!!!!I think her name was Alisha....not sure but a woman came in and lost $20 and my son gave her a $20.The cashier was superb!!!!

Love this place. The only bad thing I can say is the wait because it's always busy because it's so good!

Most of them time they are nice and coffee is good but lately I believe his name is Sam he messed up most of my drinks and he doesn't know how to read a label all the he time putting everything I want in backwards or wasn't right at all and I have got to say I have a few favorite workers well 4-5 that know me by my name and order but last night we walked in the store after going through the drive thru to have our coffees fixed. Well needless to say the manager Mel was a straight b***h and yank the cup out of my friends and and looked at her with a god aweful look and was so rude and disrespectful. She had never been like that before..

Terrible customer service. Coffee tasted like soap due to them not letting it brew long enough as well as there was a gallon of milk that had been sitting out and looked dried and clabbered

Donuts was old the chocolate was crusted on top. She was rude wouldn’t even let me finish ordering and didn’t greet us in a nice manner. They was out of everything we wanted. Service was awful. Won’t be back

The first shift knows what they are doing and are very friendly! They get my order right and I've never had a problem. Second shift is a whole different story

Hard croissant bread, tasteless, and 4 potatoes circles in a bag called hash browns. Took that back to counter and they gave us 2 more. Not like the breakfast menu for sure. Never again for food but coffee was good.

Staffing is difficult I understand that but issues with orders and consistency have been around long before covid.
